Mirana — Hotel in Burgas

We stayed her for a week while visiting family. My husband, 2 young children and I thought the hotel ticked all the boxes clean nice pool etc. Until we realised....||1. The "family" hotel do not provide adequate sleeping areas for my 1 and 6 year old meaning they shared a double bed.||2. The bathroom is a wet room with no safety features like slip mats etc for children resulting in my 6 year old slipping on the floor and cracking her head open. When explaining to the manageress she said "we don't control what goes on in the rooms, where were her parents!" The pure cheek of it!.||3. My 1 year old bumped into a tall lamp which fell onto my son and bruised his face I picked the lamp up and noticed the bottom was full of sand (obviously been broke a long time) the management demanded €50 when we asked for proof of purchase they presented a receipt for something completely different and tried fobbing us off saying this was for the lamp during discussions 5 men known to the management attacked my uncle unprovoked and the police were called, the police ignored us and backed the management team making us pay the €50. We feared there would be more of this behaviour billing us for broken room items (in our room the wallpaper was ripped, door handle broken, bathroom in need of repair!) so we asked for our money back for the final night and our airport transfer back they wouldn't give it. We had to pack our cases and move our children to another hotel at 11pm and pay for airport taxis!||We will not be staying at the hotel again and our family will not recommend it to other family members who want to visit them due to the management team. They are very pleased to see you lots of help and smiles when you check in and pay however as the week went on they got more and more arrogant and rude!. Dont risk your children's safety or money...

Awful place! Uncleaned room, the restaurant - only THIS ONE in the Town -" shines on" empty space. On the other side of the street there are rubbish bins and throughout our stay, every day before 6 am and on Sunday 08.20.2017 at 5:35 pm (!!) - in a holiday resort where people do not generally get up to 6am for work ;) the garbage car arrives and empty the buckets, thrashing them repeatedly, 4-5 times everyone. We even recorded a half-minute movie, with the last of the baskets, on Sunday at 5:35 in the morning. Tragedy. We do not recommend to anyone who wants to have some peace during the holiday. The hotel is situated to the main course of youth return from the beach disco, and less than 50m from the corner of the agency Air Bulgaria, where almost every hour in the night there are stewardesses, knocking loudly with heels and with their wheels of suitcases, which in the hotel room gives sound just like a passing train. Just a nightmare. So, from the fact that the service is pretty nice, and the beach is not far (unfortunately dirty - I'm not talking about black sand, but tons of cigarette butts, bitten corn cobs, plastic mugs and plates) or pool with ice-cold water in the hotel area, we not recomended this place for anyone who wants to rest! It was two-week horror! Less than 1 STAR.

Ужасно място! Непочистената стая, ресторантът - единственият в града - блести в празно пространство. От другата страна на улицата контейнери за боклук и през целия ни престой, всеки ден преди 6 часа сутрин, а в неделя 20.08.2017 в 05:35 часа (!!! - в курортен комплекс, където хората обикновено не стават в 6 часа сутринта на работа) пристига Титан и "тресе" кофите, като ги разбива почти. Записахме дори половин минутно видео" тресение нa последният контейнер", точно в неделя в 05:35 часа сутринта. Трагедия! Нa никoгo който иска да има спокойствие по време на почивката не препоръчваме нитo Хотелът, ниoто Caрaфовo. Хотелът нa улица по кoятo младежите връщат от плажна дискотека, и по-малко от 50 метра от намиращата и се зад ъгъла от aгенця Air България, където всякa нощт, почти всеки час, стюардеси c тoкчетa и куфарни кoлeтa минaвaт шумно, коeто в хотелска стая дава звук на преминаване жп линия. Само кошмар. Така че може и e доста хубаво, и плажа e в близост (макaр мръсна - не говоря за черния пясък, но за тон фасове, царевични кочани, пластмасови чаши и други бoклуци ), или басей с лeдeнa вода дo хотела... Ho нa никoгo не препоръчваме нитo Хотелът, ниoто Caрaфовo за място за почивка. Ужас!

Straszne miejsce! Pokój niedoczyszczony, restauracja - jako jedyna w miasteczku - świeci na okrągło pustkami. Po drugiej stronie uliczki znajdują się kubły na śmieci i przez cały czas naszego pobytu, codziennie przed godziną 6 rano, a w niedzielę o godzinie 5:35 (!!! - w wypoczynkowym kurorcie, gdzie ludzie zasadniczo nie wstają na 6-tą do pracy), przyjeżdża śmieciara i opróżnia kubły, łomocząc nimi wielokrotnie. Nagraliśmy nawet pół minutowy filmik, z trzęsienia ostatniego z koszy, właśnie w niedzielę o 5:35 rano. Tragedia. Nie polecamy nikomu, kto w czasie urlopu chce mieć choć trochę spokoju. Hotel znajduje się w dodatku na głównym trakcie powrotnym młodzieży z dyskoteki plażowej, oraz niecałe 50m od znajdującego się za rogiem biura Air Bulgaria, gdzie przez całą noc niemal co godzinę pojawiają się stewardessy, stukając głośno szpilkami oraz kółkami walizek, co w pokoju hotelowym daje odgłos przejeżdżającej kolei. Po prostu koszmar. Cóż więc z tego, że obsługa moze i dość miła, i plaża niedaleko (niezwykle zresztą brudna i nie mówię o czarnym piasku, lecz o tonach niedopałków, obgryzionych kolbach kukurydzy, plastikowych kubkach po napojach oraz plastikowych tackach po jedzeniu), czy też basenik z lodowatą wodą na terenie hotelu, skoro nie nadaje się pod żadnym względem na miejsce...

The hotel has an excellent location , very close to the beach and centre of Sarafovo The rooms are much larger than average and extremely clean and comfortable The pool area is brilliant, you are able to relax and enjoy a swim without lots of people around these make it the ideal hotel and ideal facilities especially with covid safety in mind! The menu is varied and we all agreed ,outstanding! George the owners original recipes are a must try ! Angelina speaks very good English and they make our stay ( 7 adults) brilliant , they were attentive and thoughtful on every detail to ensure we got the very best from our stay of 3 nights We celebrated a birthday while there and they organised a cake and balloons happily We highly recommend this hotel it doesn’t matter weather you are a family, friends or a couple the atmosphere in this hotel will enhance...
