NOVEL CITY HOTEL — Hotel in Burgas

Just one night stay, returning to UK for a 6:30am flight, so I would have been glad of some peace and quiet before getting up at 3:30. Sadly, various guests talked very loudly from 22:30 on and off until after midnight, after which I dozed off; I was woken again by someone SINGING! The stairwell is right outside the room doors, so every sound carries through the building. ||This was so disappointing, as the Receptionists were both very helpful and friendly. They persisted in phoning around for a taxi for 4am, which was not easy, but they managed it (thank you Orion Taxis), and one of them gave my door a knock at 3:30am as requested, to make sure my alarm had not failed me.||The low price of the Novel City is due tyo the limited facilities - no lift, no restaurant, location a little out of town - but in itself it is a very appealing place to stay in every way (apart from the...

Really far from the city centre in an industrial area, which is not really welcoming. There are ants in the room so make sure to keep all food and drinks closed in the fridge.
