Eco-House "Kitana" — Hotel in Dalgopol

😊: [EDIT] After reading host's response to my review (I had rated them 8/10 prior to this edit) I decided to downgrade my review to 1/10.

It's a newly built villa with several rooms per floor. Building is in very good condition. Rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, have AC and balconies with a lake view. Villa has a very spacious common kitchen which included cutlery, several fridges, two stoves, oven and a kitchen island. It has a beautiful outdoor area with plenty of tables for eating. There's an outdoor pool filled with a clean water, sun beds next to the pool. Outdoor barbecue was available (we only had to bring our coal).. 😢: After we checked in the hosts persistently requested us to cancel our reservation with Booking as they didn't want to pay taxes and commission. I respectfully declined. They were pesky and annoying. We were approached three times in an attempt to persuade us in cancelling our stay. The house is at the end of a half-existing road in a small village. It is worth the ride for the peaceful surroundings and breathtaking views. The house is equipped with a large kitchen, outdoor grill and plenty of space for a group of 20-30 people to celebrate their private event. Combined with the outdoor pool, this is a good place for a small company team building event or a get together event with friends and/or relatives. The landlord is chatty and trying to be helpful but for me he felt intrusive. While the kitchen has everything you need for cooking, backing and frying, the knives were so dull that it was not clear which is the cutting side. The couple hosting the place was very annoying. After we checked in the hosts persistently requested us to cancel our reservation with Booking as they didn't want to pay taxes and commission.
