Hotel "AFRODITA" Dimitrovgrad Bulgaria — Hotel in Dimitrovgrad

We had 2 family rooms and were dirty and hair all over sheets.Dust and spiders all over in the rooms and bathroom and toilets were dirty.I asked for some Domestos from reception to clean the toilet bcs we had kids with us.We booked for a night only to sleep after a long drive.Food was bad also,we had dinner there but the staff was really kind and helpful.The lady from reception helped us and he sent a maid to clean the toilets .She apologise for the mess also.But that is not normal to enter in a hotel room and to found all dirty and toilet stinky covered in pee and worse...can t spell ...is gross!!!Avoid this place is really...

I was here on a vacation with my family 3 days ago and I can say that the atmosphere and the place itself are incredible. The pool is clean and perfect for children and also for adults to both relax and have fun. The restaurant was also amazing.. the food was delicious and the staff was amazingly kind. The room was acceptable, near the pool which was great. The pool was ok , suitable for kids . The room was clean. The restaurant however although very nice in appearance , had very bad service. After an hour we only got a small part of our order, then after asking again and again we found out that they lost our order. My husband received his meal, I was still waiting.
