Slaviani Hotel Complex — Hotel in Dimitrovgrad

Nice hotel close to nice restaurants, bar staff were fantastic, however, had an issue with electricity being cut off in our room, reported issue and were offered to change room, as it was very late we refused and insisted issue to be resolved, security man checked our card was inserted correctly, which we already checked! Then was told the boss of the hotel has many other businesses and is very important, after explaining that if I fell over in my room I would be more than happy to seek legal advice, then was told the maintenance man was on a 2 week holiday, I continued to insist on the issue to be sorted, 30 minutes of pushing the maintenance man turned up looking extremely angry and sorted the issue within 10 minutes of turning up. Later the security man had said the fuse box had burnt out and was very old and to resolve the issue extra thick fuse wire was installed!!! .we are glad we moved on 2 days after, not one person apologised...

this was not a bad stay even with somethings that I could complain about, but well, life is also not perfect... overall it was kinda nice... there are here 3 people that hold very well the house. I really liked a lot, Catia. this Woman is the best employee. English speaker, knows how to really take care of everything with a ''firm hand''. she should be the manager. the reason for the 4 stars is for her. for Petrov, the nicest guy on the desk, very helpful, speaks English, does what he can to help the costumer right away, very very friendly. And the night Man that takes care of plants and that is always friendly, this Man is patient, he took a 4am complaint from me, and well; even not being able to do anything, I kinda understood why. thing is, he was always nice to me, always. and the owner that has always a smile when his not worried about...

It is an interesting hotel. Looks like it was built with a lot of money and good taste some time ago ... they say during the comunism. Now, it still has the taste but lacks maintenance. The parking is small and is closed on one side, so you have to enter from and leave from one side which is difficult because it is too narrow and if another vehicle approaches could be adventures for each car.

P.s. I forgot to add that they have a big restaurant with an open area, nice prices and...
