I gave one star, but this hotel deserves 0, because they told us one price when we called to make a reservation (they also didn't answer at two emails we sent) and when we arrived at the hotel (after many driving hours and two little kids with us, the person from the reception (other then the one we talk on the phone) asked a different higher price, didn't know about the prices the other person said at the phone and after calls and waiting and acting like we didn't get the offer from the same hotel!!! they asked for a different price, still not the same as they said a night before... It was like we were negociating and asking for what they said in the first phonecall, it made us feel very bad and of course we didn't stayed there. You should really train your reception staff and don't make offers that you can't keep. This was not a problem about money, it was about respect for clients. Really awfull experience for us and...

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Conveniently situated, it's a perfect stopover for travelers journeying from Romania to Greece, and well worth a few nights stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, constantly going the extra mile to ensure our visit was memorable. The value for money, given the location, surpassed our expectations, and was a very pleasant surprise. The comfort level of the mattresses deserves a special mention, as it greatly added to our restful nights. All facilities, ranging from the rooms to the restaurant and spa, were new and of excellent quality, reflecting their attention to detail. Здравейте ,посетихме хотела декември месец .Идеята беше Коледно фирмено парти.Ще започна с плюсовете.Хотела е много изпипан и доста луксозно направен.Стайте са интериорни .Ресторанта има богата гама от разнообразни ястия .Спа центъра също е на добро ниво .Парната баня ,Билковата сауна и финландката сауна са на отлично ниво .Ако вашата почивка е свързана със еднократен престой си заслужава.Но ако е повече от една вечер според моят критерий не.Ето защо,защото климатика в стаята загрява много бавно беше ми адски студено през цялото време .Ако искаш да ползваш спа центъра ще тряба да резервираш още с настаняването час.Ние така направихме ,но беше заето и го отложихме за следващия ден.Има стрелбище което искахме да ползваме ,но не работеше .Когато се настанихме за вечерята.Забелязахме ,че не ни обръщат достатъчно внимание ,искахме да сменим музиката защото беше малко еднообразна все пак нямаше да е излишно някое хоро ,но ни отказаха .Към 23:00 почнахме да чуваме мърморене от сервитьорката ,че е била снощи до късно на работа и сега не и се остава отново заради други хора .Та някак не ни се оставаше .Прибрахме се по стаите .На сутринта искахме да ползваме спа центъра .Солната стая не работеше ,Инфрачервената сауна също ,джакузито беше студено дори след час водата не се стопли.Със желание за работа нещата ще потръгнат има потенциал да се...
