Pros: the front desk lady on shift was flexible and was trying to accommodate our needs. It was clean and early check in was possible. Cons: half of the light bulbs in the room were not working, some sketchy details (open electrical wiring, elevator that sinks from the weight of two people). The double bed is actually two single mattresses that were shifting apart by the slightest movement possible. The view through the window is to someone's backyard. Only one iron for the whole hotel - the hotel is located close to a popular wedding venue and lots of guests decide to take a room there instead of going back to Sofia by taxi in the middle of the night. Since one of the other guests took the iron and the front desk didn't note their room number and they didn't return it once done, my partner and I had to go to the wedding wearing wrinkled clothes. Excellent place to stay short or long term. Very close to the capital, especially if you have a car. One of the cleanest I have seen. Friendly staff, laundry is lightning fast and beurifully folded! The coffee machine at the restaurant shall wake you up at breakfast as the place is very quiet and chances are you will oversleep on the comfortable orthopedic mattress.
