Absolutely awful experience the second night we were there , as the hotel never notified us there would be an event in the hotel when we booked. The party RIGHT UNDER OUR BALCONY lasted until 2-3 AM with people yelling and screaming and a lady singing horribly.
When asked to speak to a manager and why were not notified of this beforehand she was extremely arrogant and never apologised for the inconvenience they caused, since we couldn’t actually sleep.
The restaurant staff was rude, the food mediocre and the breakfast below average and to top it off the tables from the event were not fixed, leaving 3 tables on the floor for breakfast meaning you had to wait to be able to eat like a normal human on a table or sit in the scorching sun.
The wifi was basically non existent, there was no water for a good while in our room.
Overall very disappointed especially by the attitude of the staff...

Awful hotel. Rooms never get cleaned, toilet roll never gets topped up, shower gel never gets replaced despite asking the customer service team to clean the room. Bathroom floods. Very obtuse and difficult staff at reception. I asked for my clothes to be washed and they came back with green marks on them, the staff claimed that I caused the marks saying I painted my clothes. Location is remote with no amenities or shops close by. Facilities like jacuzzi and football pitch close early so you can not use...

We have been there for a family weekend. There are many words to review the location, but I’m nit a poet, nor a writer. The place is simply fabulous. Location is quiet, betleen two maountains and a river near by. It is clean on another level. The kitchen is exquisit. There is lots of fun for the whole family. Everything is settled quaite nice.
