On 31th of July we had our wedding! It was a fantastic experience! The food, the service, the management of the event, the view, the staff - you name it! All was incredible and amazing! Especially I want to thank to the manager, she is a real PRO when it comes to organising weddings. You do not need a wedding agency, you do not need any special probs, you do not need anything fancy. You just need her on your side. And trust me - you will not regret it. She knows what she is doing. All her suggestions were super cool, practical and to the point! For anyone out there that is looking for a perfect location, perfect service and food and perfect venue, I strongly recommend Hotel Balkantzi! You can trust...

This review will be about the restaurant. Oh, my goodness. The worst experience of all times. Can't say anything about the hotel, but the restaurant... The view from the terrace is AMAZIING. You can see the true beauty of Bulgaria. So when we saw this view, we decided to enjoy a lunch in the restaurant. The staff is slow, but that wasn't such problem. The meat in the dishes was spoiled!!! It smelled like carrion. The potatoes I got, had awful taste too. We waited a hour to get the worst food. This was the worst food we ever got. The manager of the hotel (Mr. Miroslav Semov) was a very friendly and helpful guy. Our son has been allergy and he took us to Gabrovo hospital and helped us a lot... Also, hotel atmosphere is amazing and calm. The chef has prepared delicious foods, too. The prices are reasonable as well. The hotel staff are very nice people. The panoramic view of the hotel is like a heaven. We could not use the jakuzi; since, we informed them lately.
