Kompleks Babenets — Hotel in Gorna Oriahovitsa

Great place! Everything is thought of to the smallest detail of what we've seen. We visit for dinners and party's and the food is always fresh, the portions are big and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Tonight there was an organised national dance "party", where people were dancing down in the big restaurant, but the loud music from downstairs is isolated, so we enjoyed a calm dinner at the upstairs restaurant. We haven't been guests at the newly opened hotel, but of what I could see from the reception, everything looks amazing and smells like new, so I'm sure the rooms will be as stylish and comfy as i imagine 😍 from the terrace of the restaurant you can see some nice room terraces with a view towards the pool, which is not too big, but seems like the water is clean and there are enough beach chairs. I'll be looking forward for the opening of the pool, so we can lay by the water and have some drinks 🍸. I recommend visiting this place for a night, for a dinner or for a wild bulgarian dance party! hello, I would like to describe the complex in a few words and about a wonderful boy named Venci. the complex is very well organized. cleanliness 6+ staff in the restaurant is on a level. And I think that the organization goes to Venci. The professional of this boy is great! We also have a Hotel in Romania but we don't have staff like him, 😞 I would like to offer him a wonderful surprise from us and our team 7 days holiday in our Hotel with his family is always welcome please some coordinates so we can give him address let him contact with us. The building was under refurbishment and it had bad view. Unclear of where the entrance for the restaurant was I had to look through a darkened door in order to understand where I am heading to.

There was a dead bird on the terrace literally next to the door of which I had to inform the waiter for it to be removed.

I was not asked whether I am happy with the food or not.

I'm general the food was not amazing and the uniform that people wear was casual unprofessional.

I would doubt visiting the place again as its quite far...
