I see several posts apparently written to the hotel's request.||||Run away from this place!||||Our children are there at a school event.||Five days at the reception there is no one.||They lose the key to their room.||The head of the group says he can not find anyone at the reception.||I'm calling on the phone to contact the reception. Answering a woman with the words "Hotel Luxor" ...||It turns out that the "reception" was the wife of the owner and there was no one at the reception because they had a small child.||She had no idea how much the lost key cost.||She would call her husband to solve the problem !!!||An hour later there is no solution.||There is a second call to the "reception". As a result, the owner calls for a scandal about how we worried his wife !!! Which corresponds to the phone that has been declared to be a "reception".||"The owner" "delighted" to give children a second key, it threatens the children that they will not leave the hotel until they have paid the desired 30 lv (approximately 15 euro).||||In fact, the whole procedure will cost the "owner" a maximum of 2 (two) euros.||||We are talking about a lost key - something that a normal hotel decides for 5 minutes...
Read moreThe rooms are clean and looking good. There's a pool. We didn't use it but looks ok. If you want to - you can have a romantic dinner at the balcony. BUT the service is beyond appalling! If you want to order something - you can wait for 1.5 hours for any of the many waitresses to come to your table. And about the same time to get a salad. God forbid you ask for something more complicated that needs more than chopping and dicing! Also, this morning - they "didn't have cappuccino". Yesterday they did, but this morning: they can't make it. Not only will I never come back to this hotel but I also wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The service is attrocious and outweighs everything else: the rooms, the...

New and clean, the service was staffed mainly by young people who do not have much experience in the restaurant industry, but they did everything with care and desire. The rooms are not particularly large, most with views of the pool. The restaurant has an outdoor terrace, perfect for summer evenings. Breakfast is not bad - you can order batter fried in deep oilsas sweet cheese. One probably wont...
