ТERIZIS Le Rocher — Hotel in Kavarna

Fabulous setting and beautiful building but the service was disappointing. The pool side was surrounded by cigarette butts, broken glass, screws and even needles can you believe!!!! At one point and external company came to set up on a wedding the next day and a staff member came to tell us we had to move and could no longer sit by the pool. Thankfully the external company were far more accommodating than the hotel staff and told us not to ruin our day, they were happy to work round us. We were given menus for lunch and chose our food only for them to come back and take the menus away saying they had nothing on the menu that day due to the wedding the following day and would bring us a different menu which they did only to then tell us on the second menu they only had chicken or pork and chips. Our friends had visited previously and said they didnt have what they wanted on the menu the first time either so it seems it happens often. The staff were rude and never once apologised. We will not be returning and instead in the future will be going to the hotel and pool next door which are...
