Hotel "Akre" — Hotel in Kavarna

We looked for something peaceful and clean and that's what we've got. We knew that everything you want to do there needs to use your car because the nearest beach is 4-5km away for example ( lovely beach by the way...it's called Bolata ).||On the upside was the restaurant cuisine, if you like mussels that's the place to be cause they have a mussel farm not far away from the hotel. Also the services included were OK ( free WiFi, air conditioning, TV, and fridge ), and the rooms were clean, not too small and with a nice mood. There are 2 parking zones with no reserved place but we never had a parking problem at any time of day although the hotel was fully booked.||||On the downside : ||1. There are few staff members that know or at least understands english ( I found 2 :) ), so the smaller your requests would be, the better . ||2. don't count on your breakfast if you have one included. It's rubbish and you can't choose it. On the first day we had a very good one ( eggs,cheese,yellow cheese, ham, tomatoes, cucumbers ) , but on the rest of the days they gave us some weird sandwiches with salami, melted yellow cheese and some sort of spices ( very perfumed...like oriental ones ).||3. The place is far away from everything, so your car is your best friend... although there are nice places to visit on a range of ...let's say 10km. ( cape kaliakra, russalka, dalboka mussel farm, bolata beach, kavarna beach etc. )||||Overall if you want a place clean, not too fancy and you live with moving your car every day, I would...

Newly built hotel in area of Kavarna. The last viillage on the road to Kaliakra, which is a famous tourist spot. Excellent for bird watching base in all months of the year.|||| Home cookomg, Soe typical Bulgarain dishes, hotel does cater for those with dietary problems if you wanr them before arrival or on arrival. Excellent breakfast, buffet, almost too much to eat!! Try the banitsa!|| Rooms well equipped, balcony with patio set for sitting out in good weather, nice bathroom with Bulgarian style wet room. Only issue is that the floor tiles can be a bit slippery when wet and there are no hand holds to steady you. Bed comfortable. . AC in the bedrooms.|| NIce dining room with outside dining areas for the summer. Hotel AKRE was an excellent experience and we will come back for sure. It is a big hotel with spacious modern rooms. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the linen was fresh. We had free wi-fi, TV and air-conditioned. The bathroom was also spacious and smelled good and we had fresh towels. There is also a lounge space where you can socialise and a restaurant where the food is delicious. The breakfast was included in the price and it was very various and tasty. The owners vere very friendly with us and they speak English very good. We paid cash, local currency, at the check-in. The parking is safe and big.|The hotel is nearby Kaliakra Cape and Bolata Bay.
