😊: The photos of the setting really don't do this stunning property justice, located just on the edge of the river (with private access to sections of it), this really is s stunning spot. I was able to sit with my morning coffee watching a kingfisher and herons flitting past. The pool is also incredible- even in peak season, there was plenty of sun beds and each had its own umbrella and table (great for protecting from the sun). We were there in the middle of the summer, yet it was still relatively quiet and we often had the whole pool to ourselves until around 11, and were reassured to see there was always a lifeguard present which is really unusual in smaller hotel pools. I would certainly return if in the area again. It's a five minute drive to Lovech for supermarkets, places to eat etc, it feels peaceful and tranquil too. Explored the caves and waterfall walls around 30 minutes drive away. Great base to explore.. 😢: Nothing really, it's incredible value for money. If I was to pick minor thing, the lamp in our room didn't work and I like to read at night, but that really is a small thing and I could have told staff (I just forgot) as they were really helpful. In fact, we lost our son's insulin pump (as he had taken it off by the pool) and the owner found it and returned it to us- which we were very grateful for! Went with a group of friends for a weekend, out of season and we were the only ones present, so no service since we did our own, other than that: we got there ok-ish, checked-in decently, the rooms looked cozy and with nice views. The place, as the name suggests, is right next to a river and has a relaxing atmosphere.

The rooms are tidy and have everything you need and are spacious enough.

You can use the kitchen and other appliances, so bringing your own food and things is a must.

The staff is friendly and will assist you whenever you have questions.
