My boyfriend and I stayed here for a couple of nights. Since it was the closest accommodation we found to Prohodna Cave where we wanted to go rock climbing. We had no means of transportation but our host, Dimitur, was really kind to help us out in exchange for a minimal reward. Much cheaper than a taxi. He went beyond and above expectations to not only be our reception, host, driver but also a server and a tour guide. If anything made our stay special, it was him. The location however, was not the nicest being close to a very poor neighborhood. The house itself was pretty and had a nice ambiance with a little pond and a pool. The food was tasty. The room was equipped with a tv and an a/c. The bed was comfortable. There was a private shower and a toilet. Nothing fancy but worth the price point especially considering how helpful and nice Dimitur was. Would come back again.

We had a very good stay there! We were invited on a birthday party and had a really good one. Nice staff, people are very helpful and friendly. Especially the guy from the night shift. Pleasant and countryside atmosphere. Its not luxury house, beds are not the best but you have everything needed and on really affordable prices. Local food, possibilities for dinner and breakfast and so on which you cannot find in most of the guest houses in BG. Probably during the summer it will be even more charming because of the swimming pool. The location has positive sides as you may have really good party all night without having any troubles from neighbors. Negative side is that very close there are gypsies and abandoned houses and view is not...

La casa tiene un buen aspecto exterior. En nuestro caso, reservamos una habitación doble para una noche. El anfitrión nos preguntó días antes hora aproximada de llegada y le dijimos que entre las 14 y las 15 horas. Al llegar, nos informó que hasta las 16 la habitación no estaría lista (en su página dicen que se puede hacer check in desde las 14). Viajamos en moto y, tras una larga y calurosa etapa, pedimos si nos dejaba cambiarnos la equipación de moto y pegarnos una ducha rápida, a lo que se negó (en otros países, esto no suele ser problema. Nos lo han permitido, e incluso ofrecido). El espacio que tienen habilitado como zona de aparcamiento está bien para coches, pero se hace imposible para motos como la nuestra que necesita un espacio plano ya que es muy pesada. Para llegar hay zonas con muchos baches y sin asfaltar. Otro problema del que no avisan es que solo se permite el pago en efectivo, por lo que nos mandó a otra población a 8 km para sacar dinero del cajero. Una vez en dicha localidad, decidimos buscar un hotel y continuar con nuestro plan. Lo mejor de nuestra experiencia es que el propio anfitrión te advierte de que el exterior no es seguro, algo que ya habíamos intuido al atravesar el poblado. En resumen, NO RECOMIENDO el alojamiento por la informalidad del anfitrión, la inseguridad del entorno y el inadecuado estado del pavimento de acceso. También considero que mintió al decir que solo se podía pagar en efectivo, ya que cobró nuestra reserva. Me parece fatal que cuando un alojamiento no cumple, y, especialmente, después de haberlo acordado (check in a las 14), no tenga algún tipo de sanción por parte de Booking (como que no tenga derecho a cobrar todo el importe o que el cliente decida si quiere seguir en ese alojamiento). En el poblado no hay otro sitio donde comer, comprar o tomar algo. La comunicación en inglés es imposible. Espero...
