Family Hotel Olimpia - Roxana — Hotel in Mineralni Bani

From first sight, it looks nice and new this Hotel. It was actually the first hotel entering the thermal town of Mineralni Bani. We parked outside the Hotel and we asked if there were available rooms. A lady without speaking English probably the owner took us to a room of the hotel to show how it looks like and at the same time another lady appeared that spoke English who asked us if we like the room, she told us about the rate and if would like to stay. She gave emphasis that inside the room the water was thermal and there is also a spa area for us to enjoy. It was a new room of reasonable size all in white and with a good size bathroom too. A balcony was also there with a table and chairs overlooking the forest. Breakfast was not included in the rate but for 5 Leva per person, they provided Turkish breakfast as they said but in the photo shown it did not look to our taste and we did not get it. The TV did not work but a gentleman from the reception came to check and eventually fixed it.||Spa area although we tried to visit it was closed they did not explain why.||We had a mineral bath in the next Hotel which we paid extra.||The area of Mineralni Bani is mostly inhabited by Bulgarian Turks which proved to be not so much what...

Nice hotel. Very clean rooms and polite staff. No bar or restaurant but you can have tea or coffee at the lobby. They serve breakfast, I did not include breakfast with the room, so couldn't comment about it.

Rooms has bath tube and thermal spring water is connected to rooms. Rooms are heated thermal water, so they are very hot even at very cold winter days (-16°C).

Hotel has spa, turkish bath, jakuzi and massage service.

I’m disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the reception staff. Guest privacy should be a top priority in any hotel, but during my stay, I became aware that private details about guests were being discussed openly. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also makes guests feel unsafe and disrespected. I hope the management addresses this seriously to ensure that all future guests feel secure and respected...
