Hotel Laguna medical SPA — Hotel in Nesebar

We have stayed in the hotel for 5 nights, at the end of august 2025, at sea viewed apartment, including breakfast and dinner.We have not used pool or spa. Price / quality ratio is very good. You have to carry your luggage to your room. There is an elevator. There is only 5 steps in the front of hotel. Breakfast buffet is basic and OK and dinner buffet is OK and some nights were very good. it is a clean hotel. You get hair dryer from reception IF YOU ASK FOR IT Reception and restaurant staff speaks english.There is free car parking of the hotel . CARPARKİNG is very important because it is very difficult to find a car parking in the whole town, at central locations. There is aircondition in the rooms and in the restaurant. We have been very happy with the hotel and hotel staff overall. WIFI is not fast enough...

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had.

Prior email inquiries before booking were ignored, when arriving staff could not communicate in English at the reception. Even though there is a lift, the main entrance is not accessible as luggage must be carried up stairs.

No AC on the corridors. Our room had only a side sea view despite as advertised on Booking, lacked even basic amenities (no hairdryer, kettle, phone, or “Do Not Disturb” door hanger), and the Wi-Fi were not working.

Dining was extremely limited (drinks water only), unseasoned, and far below four-star standards, while essential facilities in a SPA hotel like the steam cabin were not operational.

Overall service was not...

Fantastic place for relax and more. I had some massage therapies in the spa.... Faith and her girls are amazing. They did miracles with my back and neck problems. There you can get personalized therapies. The indoor and outdoor pools are near perfect, plus the fact that there is kids pool and beach bar that servs food and snacks. The hotel is newly renovated and still smells like new furniture. The kitchen is great and although it is halfboard, Chef Stefan Stefanov cooks with passion and a pinch of love !!!! Even for my capricious child he made something out of the menu. P.S.: the Burgers were...
