Just spent a great week at the Sineva Beach Hotel. || Check-in was quick and bags taken to the room for you. Initial impression was good, room was clean and spacious. As we arrived after 9 and dinner was over there was a light snack of bread, cheese, cold meat, tomatoe, an apple and a bottle of water in the room for us. After a long journey this was more than welcome :-)||||The pool area is stunning, plenty of sunbeds and umberellas, water was bracing to say the least but it didn't stop the hardier guests from using it all day lol. The pool bar was lovely and had great views.||There was direct access to the beach which was only a few steps away from the hotel.||||All meals were served buffet style in the restuarant, it is non-smoking but there is a lovely terraced area just outside that you can smoke in. We found the meals to be varied and always hot, not typicaly British food but not in Britain. There was always something we liked and I am a fussy eater. There is a wee dude at breakfast cooking fresh pancakes, fried eggs and thanks to Dave fried bread. At lunch and dinner this was replaced by grilled chicken or pork, always tasty and as you can see it getting cooked so you know always freshly cooked. Fresh salad, fruit and cakes also available. Snacks of pizza, pasta, ice cream and biscuits served next to the pool bar in the afternoon. ||||This is a German based company so most of the guests are German, we knew that before we went and was expecting it. There were only 8 English speaking guests the week we were there (hello to Aileen, Dave, Sam, Jane, Debbie and Paul) and they were not advised of this, it was not a problem as most of the guests spoke better English than my German so we got on fine. ||||The only thing that was a problem was the fact that the indoor lounge area was not very big and was way too close to the guest bedrooms on the 1st floor, a partition to protect them from the noise would be an idea, we were up on the 4th floor but you could see it being a problem if you were in the rooms there. ||||The staff were great and the cleaners worked all the time to keep the whole complex spotless.||There is a bus that runs to sunny beach and nessabar from 11.30 to 23.10 every day for 5 leva return to sunny beach and 10 leva to nessabar.||||Overall had a great time and will return to this...
Read moreWe are pleased that we chose this hotel for our vacation. Green and maintained territory, clean rooms, good service, excellent and tasty food. Perfect location. Quiet place. Each evening we go for a walk and within walking distance, you can find all you need, souvenirs, shops, groceries, etc. So a bit in detail: Room: nice, clean and with some sea view. We wanted to change it to an inner view room (to the sea and pool) but were happy that we didn’t. Couse our room was in the east direction, after day coming to the room that is not heated by the sun is very nice 😊 we even did not use any air conditioner. Room service: we had some difficulty that few times we had to ask for shampoo and douche gel, once after room cleaning we didn’t find any towels (cleaning lady just forgot to put them)… so we had to as them in reception… Food: There were not a lot of options to choose from but all the food was good and tasty. Each day there were some new ways to prepare the same products – cheers to Chef. Animation: Big cheers to all the team of animators. I envy all the energy they have 😊 if you come with kids to this hotel you can be Shure that they will be taken care of by professionals and you can calmly relax. (we were without kids but saw how they keep all the kids busy) I want to point out two persons of this hotel first it’s the Bar/lobby manager (I didn’t get his name) he was very polite and helpful during our stay. And second is the pool bar bartender Nikolaj. The professional bartender that I really would recommend to any 5-star hotel. It was nice to chat with...
Read moreJust shared a great week with good friends at Sineva Beach.||Overall the hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and functional, the pool was lovely with plenty of sunbeds. There was easy access to the beach if you preferred that.||Although the food was a bit repetitive, it was nice, and plenty to go around. ||Not sure if we didn't look in the right places but, not a great deal to do in Sveti vlas. Sunny beach was about 15 minutes by taxi but wasn't really our thing so stayed on the resort which was more than OK.||Highlight of the hotel were Ani and Didi. They did the animation and were amazing. They had a brilliant sense of humour and kept us entertained all week. They worked long hours and always seemed happy. Thanks for making our week such a memorable time. Good luck too you both, yeah baby!!||The only real negative comment was regarding George, the barman. He was probably the most miserable, and most ignorant person we have met in any holiday destination we have gone to. Either he has no idea about of customer relations or, he just chose to be rude, my guess, its the latter.|Anyway, it...
