We have been here 13 days now go home tomorrow. This is the first time in Bulgeria Sunny Beach area. We have had a really great Family holiday. The hotel staff are very friendly the waitress in the bar knew every evening what we were having to drink as she remembered after day one. Breakfast was repetitive but you can mix and match. The pancakes with honey are top notch. The waiters always made us feel welcome when we popped in for a drink. We had a meal in the hotel restraunt last night and it was very nice, reasonably priced. The calamari could do with a nice fish/garlic sauce. The cleaners never stop cleaning im a bit OCD myself so i felt very much at home how clean the hotel was. The pool and sunbathing area was also clean and sunbeds very comfortable. I liked the fact there was no loud music just the sound of the birds and people enjoying themselves. Me and my 2 daughters had a massage and a facial in the spa which was very cheap compared to UK price's. The lady was very professional and made us feel at ease. We highly recommend you have a treatment in the spa. We used the gym daily which had adequate equipment including a running machine. Outside the hotel there is a local super market that you can buy some waters, alcohol and fruit at very low prices. A bit further on there is another super market that sells everything . Its around 1600 meters to dolphin beach which is the start of sunny beach. Dolphin beach is a definite if your having a day at the sea with background music, luxury sunbeds and waiter service again at a reasonable cost. If you dont want to walk any further you can catch a little train that takes you along the promenade of sunny beach with lots of bars and restaurants. We went to Khan's tent one evening which was a really nice evening great food and entertainment. We opted for the set menu and it was just perfect. Book online saves you money and just catch a taxi. The views are amazing so worth a visit. | We caught a bus to Nessebar which was an experience felt like a sardine in a tin can but for 3 lev it was worth the 20 min ride. Nessebar old town is also worth a little trip out. Mini golf was also fun down on the front. Last thing thankyou to the taxi man who was recommended by the hotel for the airport transfer, he gave us his number and we could call him at anytime if we needed him to take...

Sunny Beach is a desolate place nothing is open we stayed for a week in the Tiara Beach Hotel the food is never hot there doesn’t seem to be much choice for children the show cooking area chef’s are so miserable it’s not worth talking to them the area around the hotel is awful nothing is open so there’s nothing to do we stayed in our room for most of our weeks stay which wouldn’t of been so bad if we could of watched TV but the TVs in the hotel rooms are not Smart TVs so your stuck with France 24 Euro News and DW News the only three English speaking channels |We had a chat with one of the jet 2 representatives who said it’s early season that’s why things are quiet we showed him pictures and asked Why is Jet 2 selling holidays to here if there is nothing open |Believe me nothing was open even the water parks were closed the local bars cafes and souvenir shops including banks and money exchange points were all closed |The reps replied it’s not only Jet 2 who are sending travellers here TUi and EasyJet are flying to Burgas Airport |But he couldn’t explain why everything was closed except to say it’s early season |I’ve been a regular travel customer of Jet 2 for a number of years yet this is the worst holiday I ever been on |I’ve spent nearly 25k taking my family on holiday with Jet 2 over the last four years |Sunny Beach Bulgaria is so awful they should stop flying there immediately |Oh and when we were at the airport our aircraft was the only one there both inbound and outbound |Jet 2 logo Holidays You Can Trust doesn’t apply to Sunny Beach Bulgaria as you will see in the pictures I’ll load |Oh and the Female Rep needs to be spoken to by her managers as she was not in the Tiara Beach Hotel at her advertised times I Spoke to a guy call Drago who after I called Jet 2 help line in Leeds they sent him to speak to us as this other female rep was on her day off |So to be told that the second week in May is very early in the season and that’s why nothing is open is a pitifully response from the Jet 2 rep god in a little over a month it’ll be mid summer |So if your thinking of booking Sunny Beach Bulgaria DONT it’s absolutely awful I’ll never be going back |I’ll be contacting Jet2 now I’m back in the UK so remember Chernobyl Sorry Sunny Beach is a holiday destination to avoid at all cost |Now check...

We stayed here for a week, the hotel itself is nice, very clean and the room was perfect for 2 of us. However we were given very little information on the rooms itself such as how to work the air conditioner (which lead to a VERY warm first night), or that the fridge was in the cupboard under the tv (warm drinks is not nice in this heat). The bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice. The pool was a bit cold, and people leaving towels on the sun loungers and leaving the resort for the day made finding two together an issue on some days. The location of the hotel is alright there’s not very much signage, and it’s at the top of a gravel hill which at night is very dark. (An additional bonus is that we did meet 3 lovely dogs over the course of the week on our walk up the pathway, which I LOVE) |If this was the end of our experience I’d have given 4 stars as every ‘issue’ were just small things, but alas we chose to eat in the restaurant. The food was just bad, just not very nice. The chips were cold and tasted reheated, the chicken was bland, as was the pasta. Not only this but our food was also delivered at different points and my boyfriend had almost finished his meal before I’d even gotten mine! I would have to recommend to stay away from any cocktails too as I got a strawberry daiquiri and it was STRONG 80ml in total with 25ml of alcohol made it almost undrinkable. Later in the week we’d eaten but were feeling a little peckish so we decided to get a small snack, thinking this can’t be hard. I ordered a plain flatbread and my boyfriend got a fruit salad, and believe it or not, probably the most simple things on the menu were disgusting. The flatbread was overcooked and incredibly greasy, all I could taste was oil, and the fruit salad was smothered in a whipped cream which was awful, the fruit itself was hard and neither dish looked like the pictures. |If I were to give advice to anyone staying here I’d 100% not recommend eating here it really is worth the 20 minute walk/1.5 lev bus fare into...

My family visited the resort in August 2023 and stayed for 11 nights. The room was nice and clean. Could do with a kettle and few refreshments, for when not feeling like going to the restaurant or cafe for a cuppa. Sea view, pool, saunas, entertainment (mainly pool table) in the hotel were amazing and made the holiday experience special. Staff especially receptionist Lena were absolutely amazing, so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was buffet style and the selection of food was good, fresh, always similar, but few new additions each morning. Surrounding areas, historic town of Nessebar and the beaches were easily accessible. Sea was beautifully clear and beaches clean. Supermarket and exchange within walking distance. Amazing value for money we paid for holiday.

We spent our family vacation here. The rooms are spacious, even for large families, and the environment is clean and well-maintained, with extremely helpful and friendly staff! The beach is a 10-minute walk away, and shops and restaurants are also nearby. The hotel has its own restaurant, and in addition to the plentiful and varied breakfast, lunch and dinner are also available on-site until late in the evening, offering both traditional and seafood dishes! I can confidently recommend it to anyone looking to relax in the area — it's an excellent choice in terms of value for money!!! We are truly grateful for everything!

Very nice not big hotel. located at the end of the City and a 10 min or so from the beach. Thanks to that it was very quiet in the evening. If you have a car this is perfect place. If you do not be prepared for some walking or using local transport The pool was very nice, breakfast was good as well. Rooms spacious and cleaned every day. The restaurant had quit good menu, so you can also eat there pretty well in the evening. to be improved: Wifi in the room was poor. At the pool just a bit better People reserving deskchairs by placing towells on them and not using the pool.
