There was no hot water in one of the two rooms we had. We let them know several times but it was not fixed, when I asked if I have to pay full price even though I had only cold showers I was told it was my fault for not telling them and they insisted I pay full price. ||It's advertised as having a restaurant and we were informed we can have dinner there but they called on the day of travel and said we have to find dinner elsewhere as they had a party in the restaurant. ||The waiting staff for breakfast were nice, especially Sasho, who looked after us well.||The bathroom is dangerously slippery when wet, so if you have a shower be careful. There is pavement only directly in front of the building, there is just dirt and rocks on either side and there are holes for the sewer system which you can step into, especially at night because the lighting is poor.||You can choose breakfast from the menu, it's on the smaller side but tastes ok. There is water and cherry juice from concentrate and a coffee machine. Machine was broken one day but they made us coffee from the bar. Any other drinks from the bar are not included in the breakfast, even tea.||The bathrooms are wet rooms, and the drain doesn't work well so the water accumulates into a puddle, once you shower be prepared to step in a soapy, slippery puddle if you want to use the toilet or bin. ||The bathroom door is glass and has a two centimetre gap all around, at night the light from the bathroom floods the sleeping area.||Noise from the parties/weddings they hold can be heard until the small hours as well as smell of the food being cooked if your window is open. This is good and new hotel, but service is ALFULL and ALFULL and ALFULL, I was on business trip and at the morning I didn't have water in the room, after that I understood that it was the only floor with some accident without water, but nobody even offer me to use another room, on the receptionist didn't know how to use ATM for credit cards and they ask me for cash, but refuse to give me a invoice, at the end was furious and the manager of the hotel didn't explain to me that I'm not polite with them!!! ||||At this moment only 2 rooms was occupied!!!! Good luck for them!!! NEVER NEVER again...
