I stayed at this campsite from the 4.6. to 5.6. Positive points: Very secure, metal fencing and cameras. As I went to the Opera at Plovdiv at night this was reassuring. The spots are made of concrete, no need for leveling really. At the side of your vehicle you will find a lawn. I booked a spot with a covering, 38 degrees Celsius yesterday. I also had a good night, the neighborhood is quiet, the whole area has lanterns also by the way. My spot also had a private sanitary which is spacious and modern. This is where the points of improvement start: The whole glamour camping is automated. At the entrance you have to show your booking qr three times and that is not that easy. Once you know how to handle the barrier it is quite ok. This morning I couldn‘t get out. I have to admit that I thought that I had booked with electricity, which I had not. My bad! But important: In that kind of situation you will not get out. I called the telno on their website, greeted the lady with Blagodaria and asked if she speaks English and she said NO and hung up. That is beyond brutal! A cleaning lady (very friendly) found someone who helped me out after me paying 4 Leva for the electricity. The private sanitary was dirty, the bin full, toilet paper has to be thrown in there, the sanitary had neither be cleaned, nor was it aired. The spot itself was full of cigarette buts, behind the sanitary I found food rests, that is not ok. Glamping it is not! All in all it cost me 36 Euros which would be ok if the cleaning would be done. It is 5.8 kms from the city center, bus available close by, a taxi should bring you down +-20 Leva max. Automisation without a human back up is...

We went to the campsite for the pool. This turned out not to be open yet. They were still plastering. The receptionist acted as if this was quite normal in mid-June while it was 30 degrees. There was nothing on the website about this.

Furthermore, we smashed our tyres on the grounds of the camper site on a sharply rising edge. There was a car of the staff directly behind the barrier so we could not enter via the entrance but had to enter via the barrier of the exit, after which there was another van parked so that we could not make the turn properly and thus punctured our tyres. This forced us to stay 10 days longer. There was no interest in us and the situation. When I asked for a discount because it was already expensive, the receptionist said this was not possible. I was also told that I was not allowed to work in the lobby but that they allowed me to.how can you be so rude. I had a call ones and that disturbed her. She was sitting all day the Office. By the way, hardly anyone ever came into the lobby because the hotel is pretty much empty. Mini market is never open and restaurant is not. By the way, the website says these facilities are there also for camping guests. When I mentioned that the wifi did not work at the campsite, she also said that this is normal and that there is only good wifi at the lobby. Only according to her, you are not allowed to sit there. Strange! This place is anything but welcoming. The hospitality it offers is wafer-thin. She is too busy...

We were pleasantly surprised with QR CODE system, keyless entry and simple booking. We had unfortunate event and had to stay away from home for one night and found this hidden gem outside Plovdiv that I never knew is existed. If you are looking for a quite place to relax from busy life it is definitely a place. My only advise is to come prepared with everything you need and the stay would be unforgettable. It's clean. Spacious. Quite. Hobbit house, Baba Yoga, Royal Suit gives you a tickle of a magical feeling to be around. Nice garden. Spacious park for camping cars with own washrooms. I spoke to one guest in a campsite, lady was fascinated by the amenities they have on site. Kitchen, laundry room and very clean shared washrooms. We definitely had a wonderful stay in a Motel despite the circumstances. I plan to come back to stay especially in Baba Yaga house to experience something special. I also plan to use conference room for presentations, restaurant is not active yet, but Plamen (new manager) very friendly, said we could use a catering for our own events. |Highly recommended for every need, would follow them for restaurant...

We absolutely loved the location! Everything is modern and fresh, with a high-tech touch that makes the experience really fun and smooth. The QR code system is smart and well-implemented — no need to waste time with reception thanks to the fully automated self check-in. The view is incredible, and the garden and mini camping area are truly special. There are several unique and creative houses in the yard — a train house, a hobbit house, even a witch house — all of which can be booked for a one-of-a-kind experience. It’s perfect for those who want something different and playful. The breakfast was good, the rooms are spotless and very comfortable, and the whole place feels cozy yet innovative. The spa area is fantastic, with a wide range of massages, steam baths, a gym, and even a game room. Everything is available to guests, and the host is always present and ready to assist with anything. A truly refreshing and memorable stay — we highly recommend it!

The camping spots are great, clean bathrooms and other facilities, equipped with cassette cleaner! Restaurant is good, staff is great - polite and cooperative. It has a nice and cooling outside pool area, where you can escape from the heat. Location is 6.5km away from the city center, easy accessible with bicycles. There is a bus station in front of the camping, bus numbers 1,20 and 27 leading to the city center. Good to prepare yourself with completed online reservation in advance, so you could be equipped with the QR code for accessing the camping barrier. I would recommend it for a few days stay with mobile home and sightseeing in Plovdiv, or just for an overnight stay and a good rest. We will visit the place again. Thanks!
