House Ogledalovi — Hotel in Pomorie

The owner is a crazy woman, ignorant and arrogant. ( you couldnt find any words with her, she screams on the quests ) She wants you to pay 50 leva for 10 days to allow the climatisation in rooms (in addition to the rental price of the room.) No accessories, no hygiene products like toilet paper. She walks in your private rooms all the time, without any requests or questions. ABSOLUTELY DONT RECOMMEND. THINK ABOUT YOUR VACATION, DONT SCREW IT UP...

The owner is a crazy lady... We had reservation for 5 rooms and she wants to give us only 4... She wants money for climatisation which we alredy payed on booking.com. We can´t use the kitchen or anything else and there wasn´t any towels or toilet papers. Highly not recomending...

The owner is so arrogant, want money for everything... for climatization... we paid forward for climatiztion, and she still want more money for it, dont waste money for this resort !! Pay more for other resort, and dont destroy your vacation with...
