Marinela Guesthouse — Hotel in Rakitovo

The place was very dirty. There was only one pot and one bowl in the kitchen (broken), only 6 knifes (in a house for 10-12 people). The bathrooms were ill-kept. The microwave was broken, the heating kettle did not work. The advertisement in AirBnb said that there were 5 bathrooms, but there were only 3. It also said that a coffee maker and hairdryer were available.. Sadly non of these was present. There was a baking tray in one of the cabinets and it was not washed - there was food in it. The pillows were awful...
