Brani Family Hotel — Hotel in Ruse

🔴 Extremely disappointing – Would not recommend under any circumstances !!!!!

Our stay at this hotel was by far the worst we’ve ever experienced. We arrived at 21:00 PM with our 6-month-old baby, and from the very beginning, everything was wrong.

➡️ The reception area was dark and unwelcoming. ➡️ The man at the front desk spoke only Bulgarian, making communication incredibly difficult. ➡️ The room we were given was dirty, neglected, and in terrible condition: – There were only two towels (one medium-sized and one small), both of which were stained and dirty. – The floor was filthy, clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. – Mirrors and furniture were broken, and the curtains were torn and stained. – The bathroom was disgusting: mold, hair, rust, everything creaking — we didn’t dare touch a thing. – The air conditioning barely worked — it was actually cooler outside than inside the room. – And to top it all off, three flies were buzzing around the room as if they’d been living there for days.

‼️ All of this, and we were charged 30 € without any receipt provided. It’s not worth a single minute, let alone that amount of money.

📌 This isn’t about luxury — it’s about basic cleanliness, safety, and respect for your guests. The least someone expects is a clean and decent environment, especially when traveling with a baby.

❌ I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, not even for one...

noone at reception||then after much waiting owner arrives to stare at me wordlessly while I book in||room without curtains||balcony allows next room people to stare in and so i must bed cover use to cover windows [one of which will not close properly allowing traffic noise in anyway]|| giving me cold night.||Internet not available...must go to reception...they are very reluctant...waiting...technician arrives...but after much trying on my part in room, NO which was the reason that I went to a hotel- I had no internet.||Must use air con to keep room warm but v noisy and adds to traffic noise.||Not very clean room.||Breakfast ok but as earlier, receptionist and owner [father of receptionist] over familiar to point of rudeness.||||Not...

Ужасен!Това е най-ужасното и гнусно място, в което съм отсядал някога. Стаята не беше виждала почистване от месеци. Прах, паяжини, скъсани тапети, пълчища от дървеници изяли половината паркет и не те оставят да спиш. А банята е шедьовър непочиствана от години с косми по дръжките на смесителите и душа , тоалетната с фекални отлагания. Смесителите пръскат в всички посоки само не и в правилната, забравих да кажа че е обща. Закуската която получихме след много мрънкане, че за 35лв. не излизала сметката беше не по малко гнусна бих добавил опасна за стомаха. Всичко това гарнирано с страхотно мърморене и фамилиарничене от милата женица играеща ролята на управител, рецепционист, камериерка, готвачка, сервитьорка и може би пропускам нещо.
