Hill Vill — Hotel in Samokov

An absolutely amazing place to stay! We were three families and stayed in three separate villas in the Govedartsi – The villas were brand new, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly cozy. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and we felt truly at home.

The owner was extremely honest, attentive, and welcoming. He made sure we had everything we needed and more.

We ordered food from Bistro Gorica, and it was a highlight of our stay – homemade, delicious, and full of flavor. On our special day, they delivered roast lamb with rice, and we enjoyed it together on-site – simply outstanding!

We also visited the Spanish restaurant La Baraca, but personally, I wouldn’t recommend it. The prices were very high and, in my opinion, didn’t match the quality or the menu. Perhaps I wasn’t too impressed because I’ve travelled a lot.

Overall, the value for money at the villas and at Bistro Gorica was exceptional. For the comfort, quality, and hospitality we received, the prices were more than fair.

Cozy, awesome, comfortable, views, quality, stylish, everything you need is there. Not only because we've been the first guests in a brand new house, but it won't be our last vist as well. I don't want to rent a house in Hill Vill any more but I want to buy one and live there for the rest of my life. Not only me but all of us left part of our hearts there. For sure will visit it constantly and very often we promised.

1hr driving from Sofia, Govedartsi is a great village surrounded by amazing mountain views. Close to Malyovitsa and Borovets ski resorts about 15km to each one. Biking, skiing, walking, trekking, barbequing, 4x4s, rafting.....aaaaand many, absolutely many more...every activity you can imagine in one place.

I strongly recommend the Hill Vill houses. We had a family reunion there and it was a blast. The houses were amazing, there was plenty of space for the children to play and have fun. We had booked 3 houses, one of which was house number 5 (the biggest one) and it accommodated all of us for a nice family dinner. The view is spectacular and there are quite a lot of interesting places to visit. Or one can simply have a pleasant walk in the mountain. Last but not least the hosts were great. Very polite and helpful people. It was a pleasure meeting them. I will definitely...
