Malka Yurta Hut — Hotel in Sapareva Bania

The hosts (the owner and his daughter) were very gracious and hospitable, though not very fluent in English. The food they offer is at restraunt level and fairly priced. The rooms were tidy and clean but a but crowded. The beds however, were uncomfortable. The real trouble was the toilet. Half of the time they wouldn't flush. The fact that three rooms shared the toilet and shower (which are together in the same room) meant that the toilet was also not available for...

Cozy, clean and delicious. Located nearby the road to the lift, the hut is a quaint place that makes you feel at home. The food is absolutely great and I recommend the beans with mushrooms. The rooms have 5 beds and there’s always hot water for showers. The owners were very welcoming and they had 3 dogs, which were cute and lovable 🥰

Two friends and I stayed at this lodge for one night, and we wish we could've stayed longer... Our stay was the highlight of our trip in Bulgaria. It's a nice, cozy lodge up in the mountains close to the Rila Lakes lift. The owners are very nice, and communication wasn't a problem since they spoke English. They served us great food throughout our stay. Great value!...
