The place is situated in quiet "neighborhood" , the road was ok and it's 10 minutes away from Ezerets Beach by car. The rooms are clean, actually I guess everything here is clean. The kitchen is also big and well equipped but we only used the mini fridge from our room. The owners have a  very nice yard with flowers,  apple trees, a big vegetable garden and a tempting trampoline (for kids). Even though they  don't speak English,  they showed us the garden, they recommended us restaurants and we also had a laugh, using Google Translate or by signs. They are very nice people and I guess they tried not to bother us. At night star gazing is a must, especially if you are from a big city. We left with some fruits and vegetables that we tried to buy but they gave them to us as bonus. Ezerets Beach is a big, beautiful, almost wild beach situated next to a fascinating pine forest. You have no shops around and in September we only saw a few people around  for just a few minutes.  We had the sea for ourselves and the road was acceptable ( not like other roads to other wild like beaches)

A little piece ot heaven for us! Clean, comfortable and functional accomodation with a large beautiful garden, plenty of space to eat outside or indoors. You can feel how much love and hard work have been invested to create this gem! We got on well with the hosts and loved chatting to them when we got a chance but they mostly stayed in their accommodation and let us enjoy our meals in privacy. There're air conditioning units in some rooms, but also the house is made of stone and wood and very well insulated so it keeps cooler in the summer. We were a large group of 8 adults and 3 teenagers and there was plenty of hot water for all to have a shower after a day at the beach. The beach itself is a stunning wild beach about 3km away via a dirt road. The shallow turquoise water grows deeper very gradually so perfect for kids and water sports. No life guards though.

Peaceful and quiet place to stay for the summer. Comfortable rooms, amazing garden and great hospitality. The room was clean, cosy and creating nice atmosphere. Thank you Rumen and Elena for the wonderful time. The home grown melons were delicious. We will definitely visit again.

The place it selfs is super but the owners are just worst that i have ever faced.... From the very begining we have been infomed multiple times till the day we left that : We are not allowed to dirty the rooms in which we are staying. Forbidden to use part of the furniture items in the kitchen.... No aircondition in the rooms(thank god it was windy in the nights). No Privacy. I recomend first to met with the terms of staying then to book...
