Villa Kati Vacation House — Hotel in Smolian

Our family spent a month at Kosta's house and it was one of the best experiences during our five years of traveling. The house is exceptionally comfortable and has everything you need for long stay. The internet was fast and reliable. Large sunny terrace offers breathtaking views of the hills and forests. Polkovnik Serafimovo is an excellent starting point for day trips such as numerous hiking trails near Smolyan, natural thermal baths in Greece near border. There are several local dairy farms in the area, trout farms serving fresh grilled fish, and you can even buy the finest quality beans grown in Smilyan and a lot more. However, what truly sets this stay apart is not just the unspoiled beauty of the Rhodope Mountains. It's the warm hospitality of Kosta and his wife that made our stay exceptional. Meeting such wonderful people was a pleasure in itself. And we can't forget to mention their dogs, Ari and Sarko, who are the friendliest dogs we've ever seen. Our...
