Hotel Diavolo — Hotel in Sofia City

Very nice and very clean hotel. Although it is located on the old ring road opposite the traffic light for Ovcha Kupel 2, the hotel is very cozy. The rooms face the Suhodol district and there is no road noise at all. The beds are comfortable, they have soft mattresses. The cleanliness is perfect, you can easily have dinner in the bathroom - that's the kind of cleanliness we're talking about!!! We ordered 3 rooms with 2 beds and got only one bed per room. We had to share our beds and could not even get a discount. We had to pay full price for very bad service and the receptionguy did not even understand english. He was not able to use his computer neither did he bring more sheets for the beds. Bad hotel! This hotel smells quite bad. The corridors smelt of grilled meat and our room smelt of cigarettes and urine. The bedside table drawer contained a half smoked cigarette and the toilet a half flushed poo. I would strongly recommend...
