Hotel Mania — Hotel in Stara Zagora

I'm from Stara Zagora, but i Live in Germany since 10 years. Last year i got married and my husband is german. We wanted to make a wedding party for our families and friends in Stara Zagora. My friends have recomended the Hotel - Restaurant Mania. I went there with my parents - it was a small, cozy, family hotel-restaurant with nice ambiance, so after a conversation with the owner we desided to make the party there. BIG MISTAKE!||All the german friends and the family of my husband booked rooms there and almost all of them had problem with the bookings. The prices in the menus in the restaurant and on the bills were different etc.||Our party was the pure chaos. It should begin at 19:00 o'clock in the garden with greeting our guests with sparkling wine and after 30 Minutes we should go inside and sit on the tables. A few days before the party the owner called my parents to tell them it is impossible, we have to make the greeting part inside. We made the party in July and we looked for a restaurant with garden, because of the beatiful weather. It was too late to look for another location and the owner knew this, so they had a birthday party in the garden and we were not allowed to go there. We have booked the restaurant till 1:00 am, the owner wanted that we leave at 00:00 pm. The main dish was prepared on the day before. Family friend wanted to make for us the wedding cake as a gift - it was not allowed to bring it in the restaurant, so we had to take their own cake. We stayed there for few nights. My brother recommended it. My husband and I were impressed of the unique style and fascinating interior design. Small hotel, but very cozy. Was designed by the owner, unfortunately we have not met her. As we have travelled a lot, we had to check in and out few times so we have stayed in different rooms every time…all rooms are unique with different colours. Service was good, there was no breakfast and they had a restaurant but it was closing. We were hungry and was late when we arrived in the first night so we have asked for some food and they managed to prepare something quickly for us from the available items in the kitchen. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It's conveniently located in a peaceful area, making it easily accessible.
