Jack Family Hotel — Hotel in Stara Zagora

I needed a hotel in a hurry, and on a budget, in Stara Zagora. The owner of Hotel Jack replied to my e-mail, in English, within an hour, providing excellent directions and confirming the price as the lowest available.We selected Hotel Jack purely on price, and, having stayed in cheap Bulgarian hotels, had low expectations. I was delighted to find the hotel was in a modern, well appointed building, with secure parking. Reception and booking in was a breeze, and the room is excellent. It has a balcony, comfortable twin beds, satellite TV, including some English language channels, air-conditioning, and a fully tiled wet-room toilet with shower. The hotel is beautifully situated, in a clearing cut from pine-forest, just 4km from the city centre. Its away from the noise, stress and traffic of the city, but literally five minutes away. ||My stay was early in the season, and the restaurant in the hotel was closed, but room service is available, and my booking was bed and breakfast anyway. The hotel also has an open, fast, wireless internet connection. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms, and no fancy fripperies like showercaps and sewing kits in the bathroom, but hey, it IS the cheapest hotel I could find in Stara Zagora. Hotel Jack also houses a clay court tennis club, and some of the rooms overlook the courts, which were busy well into the evenings. My husband and I stayed in Hotel Jack for one night and only wished it could have been longer! Wonderful location (although I suggest a car is probably required) set on the edge of the pine forest of the Thracian University complex. So relaxing!||||The owner, although not speaking a lot of English, was very friendly and helpful. The room had views over the tennis court and was large with a nice wet room and was also very clean.||||The continental breakfast was also nice and more than sufficient.||||Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Stara Zagora!||||Would highly recommend this...

Not much cho8for breakfast it is only type intact it is not on bufe but it is served only grilled slices of bread and yellow cheese on top. The bathroom horrible it is only a static dushe from above and water flows on you. There's no moveblae dusch for the intimate hygiene. Instead there is intimate dushe next to the toilet with icy cold water. Intime hygiene is only possible when you're sitting on the toilet but not at bane area because the intime dushe is very short and cannot go to the bane area. The water cold. There is no soup at the sink there is only dushe gel and shampoo 2in1 int he bane area. ...
