My second time at this wonderful hotel. I basically have no words to describe my stay there as this is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! And just this year I have stayed at 50 different hotels. |I am Bulgarian and I have never ever been to a hotel where ALL the staff are extremely polite. This hotel was the exception! Not just this, but the room service food was rather gourmet than just a hotel restaurant food. Their swimming pool(the indoor one) is like taken from a cover of a Swiss magazine. We have even tried their massage service and the wonderful salt room. The views from the rooms were so calming - over the river and the city. I stayed together with my family in April and in August this year and I am already planning my next visit there. A little something to be looking forward to are their amazing cosmetics and toiletries (English and German only). |For the casino lovers there is the huge casino located on Ground floor. Their gym is well equipped. I was very surprised to get offered a bathrobe for my little daughter as well as swimming accessories for her. It is literally the first property I have ever stayed at that has these small details making the life of the guests with kids much more...

The service in the restaurant was slow, but the portions were large and quite tasty. The restaurant also closed half an hour earlier than advertised, and we were hoping to get something to eat. The sauna was also cold in the evening, so they turned it off even though it was still an hour before closing. Maybe there aren't such issues on weekends, but we were there on a weekday. The spa center overall has a beautiful design, and I also liked the pool, which was also beautiful. I also went for a Balinese massage, and it was incredibly bad. I'm not picky about massages, but this was really bad. A person who doesn't do massages at all will do it better. There are good waiters in the casino, and there are incredibly bad ones, with a bad attitude and they don’t know English at all. I was left with both good and bad impressions.
