Home Away From Home - A Haven of Comfort and Warmth! I have had the privilege of calling this building my home for , and I cannot emphasize enough how remarkable my experience is and has been. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with an atmosphere of genuine warmth and hospitality.
First and foremost, the staff here are not just employees; they're family. From the maintenance team to the front desk personnel, each individual goes above and beyond to ensure that every resident feels valued and cared for. Their professionalism is matched only by their kindness and willingness to assist at any hour of the day.
Moreover, the sense of community fostered within these walls is truly unparalleled. Whether it's impromptu gatherings in the communal spaces or organized events, there's always an opportunity to connect with neighbors who quickly become friends. It's a testament to the inclusive and welcoming environment cultivated by both the management and the residents themselves.
As for the facilities, they exceed expectations in every aspect. The building is meticulously maintained, with attention to detail evident in every corner. The amenities provided cater to every need and desire, making it effortless to relax and unwind after a long day.
But perhaps the most remarkable aspect of living here is the unmistakable feeling of home. Despite being in the heart of the city, there's an undeniable sense of tranquility and comfort that envelops you the moment you walk through the door. It's a place where you can truly be yourself, surrounded by a community that feels like family.
In summary, I cannot recommend this building highly enough. If you're searching for more than just a place to live but a genuine sense of belonging, look no further. This isn't just an apartment building; it's a sanctuary, a haven, and most...
Read moreWe stayed at Campus 90 Hotel in Bulgaria as a family and were generally very pleased with our experience. The services offered by the hotel met our expectations.
Pros: Sea View: The view from our room was truly magnificent, it was great to start the day with a sea view.
Breakfast: The breakfast was both varied and delicious, ideal for starting the day energetically.
Parking: The fact that it has a free and quite large parking lot makes it very convenient for those traveling by car.
Family Friendly: Although we had a double room reservation, we were incredibly happy that they added a large extra bed to the room for our child free of charge. Their thoughtfulness and hospitality are admirable.
One Point That Could Be Improved: The only negative aspect in our room was the disturbing smell coming from the bathroom drain. However, we thought that this smell was not specific to the hotel alone, but that it could be a problem with the general infrastructure of the city.
Apart from this small smell issue, we were extremely pleased with our stay at Campus 90. We definitely recommend it especially to families and those looking for a comfortable stay with a wonderful view. The staff were helpful and the extra amenities they offered (like an extra...
Read moreLets start with the Most annoying stuff. Even though it is mentioned on the website please keep THIS in mind! If you are going to C90 on a long-term stay the kitchen accesories and bedsheet + pillow + duvet is NOT included in the apartment. You must pay extra for it and it is overpriced :) I was here accomodated for 4 months during winter semester. If you find yourself accomodated in west-oriented apartment in the winter you will find yourself in a very cold room. The only way to warm the room is AC and that does take lots of time to warm and also is expensive in terms of electricity. Another perpetual fight is always-repeating problems with washing and drying machines (which by the way cost 6 leva per one token). The Last and final star killer is that in the shower it takes like 2 minutes for the water to get warm which is really annoying. Tap water in wash-basin is never ever warm :) The reception oftentimes looks like they do not want to be there but I do not blame them since from what I have experienced overally I know that the managers are not really nice. As for positives I think that the location is good and the cleaning of...
