Room: There were three of us, so we were put in a triple room. There is very little space, it is untidy, because everything is old and dirty. Two towels per person, which are not changed. The bed seems normal, but from under the sheets you can see yellow mattresses, blankets from my great-grandfather's time and pillows as thin as a leaf. There is a balcony, overlooking the bushes and the road. It is very noisy at night because of this. There are two beds, three bedside tables and a table. There is also a wardrobe, but it is somehow suspicious. We tried not to open it. The room does not have air conditioning, so we asked the reception for a fan. It made it a little easier, although there was a characteristic smell of plastic in the room. We were placed on the 6th floor, so the heat was terrible. I also want to talk about the air conditioning separately - there are only 3 rooms with it. But to use it, you have to pay 14 leva per day.

Balcony It is there, and on it there is a table, one chair and a rope to dry clothes or towels. I don’t understand why we only had one chair, but we didn’t sit on the balcony at all.

Bathroom Or rather a bathhouse, because the ventilation does not work, although it does. It was hard for me to believe that there is ventilation, there is a switch for it, but it does not work. I went to the reception with this question, they said that everyone does not work. Because of this, the bathroom is permanently stuffy, humid and hot. There are no hand towels, there is soap, a sink, a mirror, a toilet and a shower.

Cleaning They clean every day, but in fact they just take out the trash from the bathroom and bring toilet paper. They don't sweep the rooms, even if they leave a broom, because due to the lack of space, sandy beaches and a bathroom that is completely covered in water after a shower, a mess forms.

Food We had all-inclusive meals. The choice is small, repeated every day. I am not a picky eater, but I didn't like much of anything. All the meat and fish are strange, even boiled potatoes taste terrible, but the soups are delicious. From drinks you can drink diluted orange juice and diluted and oversweetened cherry juice or compote. You can have tea or coffee for breakfast.

Territory Old. We walked around Golden Sands and never saw such an old hotel anywhere. There is a swimming pool with sunbeds on the territory - one part is 80 cm, the other 160 cm. There is also a bar, I know for sure that they pour free beer and lemonade. Cocktails are 8 leva. There are also tables outside to eat, but it is not very pleasant to sit there, because people are smoking nearby and the smoke comes at you. So choose whether to eat in a stuffy room or on a smoky "terrace". The elevator is very old and to some extent dangerous. It has a door like a room, and you go up and see the doors of other floors and the tiles between the floors.

Staff: They honestly don't care. They are not rude, just indifferent. The gentleman at the reception is pleasant. There was no contact with the cleaners.

Personally, I wanted to go home 5 minutes after checking in. What came out was not rest, but longing for home and comfortable conditions, albeit with sirens.

So, I don't recommend it. But, if you have finally decided to come here, try to book a Sea View room. They are located right at the front of the hotel and are newer in appearance than the Park View ones (at least they have plastic windows and doors to the balcony, while ours were wooden). Also, let them give you a room on the lower floors, so it will be less hot at lunchtime and in the evening.

I think this hotel will never be renovated. They save on everything - from soap in foaming soap dishes to the inactivity of the ventilation, which is there and has a switch for it. They know that in the end people will come anyway, so why bother. Maybe they will do some renovation work after all in 10 years, or they will simply buy it out to build a better hotel on...

Well where do i even start!! The guy who owes this place is a selfish human being literally putting peoples lifes at risk for money!! The staff are so rude, on the first night of arrival are room was messed up so they tried to put 4 adults in one room! So me and my partner ended up sleeping on the beach! The next day they took the keys off us and told us we would have an apartment sorted it took hours! So whilst we was waiting i needed a toilet but there was no toilet roll in the maid toilet of the hotel, so when i asked the reply was 'what do you want me to do about it'! Then it was go ask her then this lady told me to ask the one before. Finally the one i originally asked gave me roll but as she did she pushed it towards me which made me drop my glass! The glass was still on the front deak floor 3 hours later! ||||The place was absoloute filth, we were only given 3 clean towels for the whole week between 4 of us! When we asked for me they honesty just dont give a crap!. Are room wasnt cleaned once. My bed had a blood stained mattress! So i had to pull a foam mattress and put it over thr top. ||||The facilitys hmm well they definitely brewing they own booze! When i asked for a jager bomb it was 'oh no that is for decoration' seriously ha ! The swimming pool wasnt cleaned once ! No filters so it was basicaly stagnant water. Somw of my family members fot chest infections. The food was terrible ! Staff was just horrible.||||Trust me do not go there !! :(...

Зараз знаходимось в цьому готелі. На перший погляд та перші емоції "печаль-печальная".

За початку мінуси, чи плюси??... кожен обирає для себе, просто розкажу. 1)Ще не винирнули з радянських часів. Багато є до чого придертися. 2)не знаю з якого приводу в цей готель не було трансферу. Від місця висадки до самого готеля, пишуть що 1 км, але тут починається АЛЕ... -не така далека відстань щоб пройтися пішки, якщо невеликий багаж, дорога рівна, з гірки, легко котитися, АЛЕ ПО ДОРОЗІ. Взагалі нема тротуарів і дорога вузенька, де постійно мчить транспорт, багато поворотів, ДУЖЕ НЕБЕСПЕЧНО. Нам пощастило,перший водій автобуса погодився підвезти, бо по дорозі, а другий (напарник) був проти ставати ще раз через 1 хв., але дякую Богу все устаткували і недалеко від готелю був "карман". 3) територія маленька, при дорозі. А це означає від дверей 10 кроків і авто мимо приїхало. Хто з дітьми, майте на увазі. 4) приїхали о 8:45 і чекали до 14:00. Такі правила((. Речі залишили біля ресепшину та побігли на море. Речі в порядку, нічого не зникло поки ми плавали до 13 години. 5) у нас напівпансіон, ми приїхали після 26 годин дороги, цей день повинен нам враховуватись, АЛЕ їсти дали тільки ввечері. Добре, що в нас залишилося щось з того, що брали з собою, посідали і пообідали. Ресторану, кафе, магазинів немає. Тільки на пляжу магазини,(печенька-водичка-чипси-пиво...), стандартний курортний набір. Можна заплатити і в отелі поїсти 10 левів сніданок, обід і вечеря. Але в нас не було наміняних левів, обійшлися своєю їжею.. На території є два автомати з кавою і кіоск з випічкою, піцею, кефтою, люля кебабом.(2,7-3,5-6-11левів). Кажуть смачно, завтра спробуємо)). ...Дійсно смачно. Брали з собою у дорогу назад. КУХНЯ. Вибір невеликий, але ніхто не залишився голодним. Салат, свіжий, овочі тушені або запачені, сир, яйця, картопля, вермишель, гречка, два види мяса. Їж скільки хочеш. Приготовлено по-домашньому . Смачно, дякуємо. Зал всередині, зал надворі посадкових місць приблизно на 100 чоловік..... Через 5 днів приїлося одне й теж саме та ще в суху. (((( 6)КІМНАТА простора (2,8м×4,5м), 2 ліжка, 2 тумби, пуф, стіл, телевізор (12 каналів із яких 2-3 російські і 2 українськи), ковролін. 7)наші вікна " на парк". Може це і був колись парк, але зараз все заросло, ніхто не облагородить, за вікном обрив і дах складського ПРИМІЩЕННЯ. АЛЕ!!! Наші вікна були у тіньку і при спеці це Великий плюс! 8) БАСЕЙН, є. Маленький за розміром на 1,6м глибина + дитячий. Народу не багато, основна маса на морі, поплавати можна, але хлорки не жаліли. 9) МОРЕ - ШИКАРНЕ!!!!! По приїзду 2 дні шторм, хвили до 3 метрів, але навіть при такому море прозоре. В Україні ЗОВСІМ НЕ ТАКЕ (((, нажаль. Йти до нього зручно, по асфальту, вниз легко та швидко. Назад, правда, в гору. Хвилин 8-10. Пісок дійсно Золотий. Мушлі тільки при вході у море, але не багато. МЕДУЗ НЕМАЄ. Бачила тільки 2 шматки і все. 10) РЕСЕПШН - уважні, ввічливі, приємні люди. Кондіка немає, але попросили вентилятор, на наступний день принесли. Дуже вдячні!! Так як наші вікна виходять на парк і прикриті "парком", то сонця в вікна не було + вентилятор = все гаразд. 11) ПРИБИРАННЯ. Пилососа в них немає чи що??? Старенька старенька жіночка з віничком помахала по ковроліну, замінила пакет в туалеті і все. Чисто)) 12) ШАФА. Я не знаю, як це працює, але з шафи весь час чимось несло чи то газ, чи то там хтось іздох. 13) САНВУЗОЛ. простенько, чисто, душно. Витяжка не працює. Коли на вулиці холодно, там можна зігрітися))). Вода гаряча, холодна -good!!! Сирості не відчувалося. 14) КОРИДОРИ . Все чисто плитка, не побиті, не пошкрябані. Просто, але гарно. Біля ліфту вогнегасники, в кожній кімнаті сигналка. 15) ПЕРСОНАЛ-зауважень немає. Милі, чудові люди від ресепшину до рятувальника при басейні. Нічого не пропадало. ВИСНОВОК!!! В сукупності, якщо не придиратися, то все за свої гроші. Щоб просто переночувати, добре поїсти, постіль правда синтетика, але чиста, не стара. За тиждень ні разу не міняли. Якщо кожного дня миємося по декілька разів, то постіль не брудниться.
