Hotel Vanilla — Hotel in Varna

The receptionists are very kind, professional and helpful in everything that is needed. But the waitress at the hotel restaurant is the complete opposite, it was very unpleasant to receive service from her. The standard breakfast of the restaurant is very poor, there is no buffet. Those staying at the hotel must use a car or taxi to get to the city/beach, about 15-20 minute drive. The hotel is new and clean, comfortable room, but the balcony is very very narrow. An important detail, it customary to celebrate birthday parties at the hotel which last until late hours, it is very noisy and it makes impossible to sleep with open window- a shame, because there is very pleasant breeze...

Very VERY clean rooms and facilities. I have stayed there 5-6 times in the last 3 years and each visit was the same - clean and fresh, great sleeping due to the high class "Nani" mattresses. The rooms are spacious. The restaurant is pleasant and with a rich enough menu. The swimming pool is big enough for the hotel. There is some free parking in front of the hotel. Prices are very reasonable...
