Tourist Hotel Trap! ❌❌❌ The lobby is nice and that s it!

❌Food & drinks - avoid to eat, verrrryyy low quality, ai wouldn t feed my dog with that food. This was the reason I left after the first day, after I complained to the manager and she acted that she don t understand what is wrong with food. The coffee can’t be called coffee and so on. I don t want to think about the hygiene 🤮 Ex: they don t provide Butter, just Margarine( Cancer).

❌The park space is not enough for at least 20% of the guests. Don t fall into the trap to pay for the parking, they don t provide a place, you keep your car in the street and at checkout they want to charge you 15 leva per day. Don t pay those money!!

⚠️The concierge tried to bribe me with some upgrades for a GOOD REVIEW. People, this is not right, let s say the truth and other people don’t ruin their holiday. ⚠️

❌The piscine area is nice but the music too loud to relax and not so many deck chairs.

❌They just want to make money and they don t care of guest needs and pleasure.

The room was ok, but for 2 stars hotel, not 4. The view instead was really nice and you can arrive to the beach in 7-10 minutes by walking( there are some shortcuts).

Unfortunately, Bulgaria lost its glory and they want to make high profit despite the care for people’s health. I won’t visit Bulgaria in the future, after I left from Golden Sands i couldn t find a nice place or at least medium food quality. In Balchik, Varna the foreigners can hardly pay for parking, the parking apps aren t translated or not work. Bulgaria is not friendly with foreigners...

MiRaBelle was exceptional! Our family had the most amazing time here! Everything was clean, the rooms, the bathroom was great, with a walk-in shower, the pool was pristine and kept clean at all times. There are plenty of sunbeds out for everyone. There is a really nice lounge area with comfy sofas, armchairs, and air conditioning by the bar. The terrace with a pool view was a very nice touch. There was so much diversity in the meals offered by the restaurant, and there's always fresh, delicious food set out as a Swedish buffet that you can help yourself to. As for fruit and deserts, you will not be disappointed. Everything we tried was excellent. The staff were all amazing, hardworking people, kind, polite, sociable, and very hospitable. We also had the pleasure of meeting the hotel manager upon our arrival, and she is a very special person I am so very grateful to. Also, top marks for the animation team who are trying their very best to keep everyone's spirits high and entertained. There's something new and interesting planned out for the guests at all times, fun and games and even a show in the evening by the stage. The property is 7 storeys high, but they have elevators installed, and there are plenty of parking places if you go there by car. They even offer a shuttle service to the beach, which is conveniently close enough for a few minutes' walk if you want to take in some fresh air. We were sad to be leaving this wonderful place but will surely be back next year! They are doing an excellent job, and we are so thankful...

We decided to travel for our holiday this summer to Bulgaria, Golden Sands for the first time. I want to say that the hotel we chose was over our expectations. The room has been very clean, as well as the bathroom. The room service has been done daily with bedsheets changed every 3 days. The balcony has got decent size with view towards the swimming pools and the sea. We received full inclusive which was amazing. The food is tasty, varied with good options to choose from. For lunch and dinner there are two types of soups to choose from (have enjoyed all of them) and different types if meats (chicken, pork, fish, even prawns one night. They have included drinks for all inclusive such as 4 cocktails, local beer, wine, juices, coffee. Moreover, there is a wide selection of fruits and cakes. They have two outdoors swimming pools, one for adults and one for kids. My five years old daughter really enjoyed the kids swimming pool. They have an animation team doing different activities both for kids and adults. At 11 o'clock there is Aqua gym in the pool which was a bonus for me. The hotel is not in the first line near the beach, but can easily be accessed either by a short walk on the stairs (through the forest or Bendita Mare complex) or by their shuttle so for us it was a plus since it was far away from the noise of the resort. To sum up we will recommend the place to our close friends and family. It was good...
