In terms of the rooms, our room was a studio with one king-size bed, and everything was clean and nice. Also, the little gifts that they give you, like the shampoos and the little comb, were very flattering. They were cleaning our room every day, which was nice, and the view from our apartment was super cool. We were seeing the mountains and the mist they were covering, so we can't complain. However, there was no proper hairdryer, and the only one was hanging on the wall, the little one where you can't really regulate the intensity of the heat. So, having in mind that they have a spa center, I would say that it's an absolute must to either have good, strong hairdryers in the rooms, or keep a few pieces of good hairdryers at the reception desk, so that guests can take them and then return them. The restaurant was perfect for a lunch meal. We didn't get to have dinner there. However, the buffet in the morning was really badly organized. So, first of all, you start from one circle, then you do another circle, there were queues. It took a lot of time to actually get what you need. In terms of the reception and the service, everybody in the hotel was pretty nice. I would only say that it's not worth it to actually get a drink from the lobby bar, because our water costed $3.50, which is absurd. There were games there, which is good for children. The spa center is pretty small. However, it had everything you need, like the sauna, the Turkish bath, the pool, and also the outside warm pool. However, at times children were allowed into the spa wellness slash calm zone, and they created some noise, which was disturbing. We also tried the massage, the masseuse. It was okay, but I really expected a bit gentler handle and more professionalism. Overall, a very nice hotel. We would definitely go back. The view is amazing. The location is a bit stranded from the main part of the city, so the city center, but it was pretty nice.

The hotel its perfect for Singles, couples with kids and Big Families as well.Great private playground area for the kids, separate Swimming pool for small kids and for teenagers as well. The hotel is located on the end of a hill where is little bit awkward to climb but worth every penny. Due to the location the place is super quite with no main road around which make us happy when we arrive.Clean Mountain air .1 very big outside swimming pool,1 middle size outside swimming pool, 1 big inside swimming pool+shallow kids pool in it and another small inside kids pool !all the inside pools are with warm and hot water and the outside big one is with 25°C+ temperature.-All of them are operating with mineral water !!!All the pools are under automatic system control for the pH !There is a 6 person Jacuzzi with hot water as well.Rooms are amazing 30 -35square meters with Air Conditioning ,housekeeping team is amazing as well.Underground secure car park free of charge for all guests :) They do think about the smokers as well,if you book room with balcony, smoking is permitted on the terraces.

Positives: Spacious & clean rooms, good spa with freezing cold room (very nice feature), a few jacuzzis, good outside pools (2), covered parking lot, pool table and bar-like area for chilling. Good forest area. Negatives: Poor breakfast and dinner (we are food lovers and this was a total turn-off), service not flexible at all. No suggestions for mountain hikes or things you can do in the area. The staff looks a bit overloaded with work and tired. Breakfast. (ends at 10am) 1. Coffee and water vendors are being shut down at 10am sharp, so you can order from the bar only 2. Breakfast is basic and the same every morning. Nothing special. 3. No fresh juices. There are a few you can take from the vending machine, but I strongly recommend not to do so. 4. The time management sharpness from breakfast is not how they go about dinner though. If the restaurant is half full you will wait quite a bit. Good hotel with good Spa, pools and rooms, but it ends there. Expensive for what you get.

Great value for money. We took advantage of an offer for 4 nights for the price of 3. Staff were very kind and responsive. The block table breakfast was rich and tasty. Lunch menu is available daily in the restaurant. The inside kid playground next to the restaurant allowed us to have some peaceful meals, while the kids were keeping themselves busy just a few meters away. The kid pool had perfect depth for 2-3 year olds at 0.60 cm. Relaxing in the outside hot pool while it was slightly snowing or raining was blissful. There is a garage with direct access to the hotel, which was very welcome in the rainy days. We got a fast reaction when we had to change rooms at 11 pm due to a leaking roof - we were moved within 20 minutes of reporting the problem.

The leak in question is one factor in not awarding 5 stars. Accessibility with a baby stroller was impossible without lifting - the few ramps are too steep and slippery and both elevators were after stairs without ramps. Access from the garage also includes stairs. The kid area needs some minor renovation and a lot of the toys were missing parts or were showing signs of wear. Most of the lunch menu food was good, but a few of the...

I spent two days in the hotel. I have some notes .First we start with the good things .it's clean rooms are spacious. The entrance is big. The pools are clean. The hotel is quite , not much congested. The staff was friendly as much as they can, as the hotel policy does not allow to much.

Now we come for Negative notes:

It does not match The value of money paid. There is no welcome water in the room. The water in the mini bar is chargeable , this is ridiculous, this is one of elementary things in the hotels . There is no coffee and cuttule in the rooms. There is no tissue box in the rooms .There is no toilet paper , it's only a box with some tissue you have to keep pulling it. There is not enough shampoo and shower gel. They put a fixed box in the shower. The bathroom is big but the shower box is small. The water in one pool and Jacuzzi is hot .in the other pools is normal . The breakfast was normal or less. Finally the shocking fact that their policy does not allow for late check out . Only you can stay for 2 hours to use the facilities . But to have the room for 2 hours more is better to be able to arrange your self in private. Over all I can say it's not more than...
