The Noom Hotel is always a great The facilities are great and centrally located. But I am always impressed with the staff.Isabelle , at the reception has always been attentive and professional. She helps answer certain questions I have about the hotel and the local area. It makes it enjoyable being around the entire reception team. Laetecia, with someone else who stands out to me. She is always at the breakfast area. She seems to remember everyone’s name and she is always positive in her approach. You can tell that she works with the staff in the breakfast area and they seem to respond very well to her. I feel that she is the reason that the breakfast is always so wonderful. She is always so professional and is always willing to give helpful ideas. Arsene, is always making sure the team is welcoming us at the parking ramp and entrance to the building. All three of these team members make it enjoyable being around the hotel. And lastly, I cannot forget, REINE. She is great to work with and coordinate a different business ideas we have. However, they need to improve the room cleaning and the customer attendance. As a big hotel it is important to diversify the language skill of the staff. |I and my colleagues faced difficulties to communicate the food we wanted in the restaurant. The most of times we ordered simple things (eg. coffee) and we were just forgotten, having to ask repeatedly or even leave the table to go asking personally in the costumer desk.||The spa services, I didn´t have a good experience. |1st: I tried to talk to the massagist to ask a bit strong massage, and couldn´t undestand because of language barrier. 2nd: I paid for 60min massage, however, after around 45min it ended, since the massagist couldn´t understand english I couldn´t complain with her in the room.
