Everything about this hotel is exceptional but the only problem I had was house keeping. They were not cleaning the rooms just making the bed and replenishing toiletries. Even with the bed they never even bothered to put the little throw that lasts on the edge of the feet for the feet back on nor did they put the sausage nicely when putting pillows back. These two items stayed on our sofa until we left. If you left a sweet wrapper on the bedside counter you will find it there upon return. Either than the house keeping letdown every one in this place is five star. Grosse arnaque dans cet hotel. J'ai réservé une chambre par la ptateforme Trip.com et payé. A mon départ, l'hôtel m'a fait payé une deuxième fois prétextant qu'il n'avaient pas reçu de paiement alors qu'il était bien mentionné que c'était payé. J'ai envoyé des dizaines de messages pour être remboursé ainsi que toutes les preuves de double paiement, mais jamais je n'ai eu de retour. La direction était absente, aucun contact avec un responsable, aucune prise en charge de mes demandes, aucun service client. Je vais d'habitude dans les hôtels du group Accor (Sofitel). Le traitement est bien différent. Quant aux chambres, j'ai du demander à trois reprises que l'on répare la fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain qui allait de la douche au reste de la salle de bain et me voyait obligé de mettre des serviettes par terre pour éponger l'eau. Sans parler de la climatisation qui s'arrête quand elle veut. A noter également que la piscine ferme à 17h, ce qui n'a aucun intérêt quand on sort de réunion à 18h. Vous ne pouvez donc pas l'utiliser au prétexte que cela risque d'éclabousser les clients du restaurant (très cher pour ce que c'est) et les fumeurs de narguilé. Bref pour résumer un hotel récent en début de délabrement, une piscine inutilisable pour les gens qui travaillent dans la journée sans parler du chantier en cours devant l'hotel qui fait du bruit toute la journée.
