More of less centrally located, with decent restaurants nearby and a bank and a petrol station across the road which doubles as a convenience store (where you can find ramen!). Problem is the street food vendors try to rip you off if you're a foreigner (nothing major but it's so transparent it's annoying - watch a local pay then order the same stuff and you'll understand). For breakfast try the restaurant across the road next to the post office - they actually serve coffee and some delicious BBQ pork rice! Other other meals do the 2nd restaurant to your right if you're heading out of the hotel - the lady owner speaks English and they serve dishes and really tasty fried rice.||||Rooms are good and have free wi-fi. Ask for one with a window facing the main road; the other rooms with windows overlook the side of neighboring buildings, and there are also windowless rooms), bathroom has hot water and good TV channels but slightly over-priced (mine was USD13; a similar type room at Capitol Guesthouse in Phnom Penh cost USD10).||||There's a large jacuzzi-sized pool but need a minimum number of guests for it to be opened, similar with sauna (this was frustrating for me as I'd hoped to wind down after a long journey). I have stayed here twice, once in a VIP room which is large with a proper bathtub and also in a single room which was perfectly OK for one person. It is clean and everything works and is good value. Both times I arrived before midday but a room was available. Just one thing, I am not sure if the "contact" link actually works, but if you send an email they reply...
