I had an incredible experience at Kampong Thum Palace Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. Check-in was smooth, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the view from my window was breathtaking. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness and restocking essentials daily.

The hotel’s amenities were top-notch – the pool was pristine, the gym was well-equipped, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food with great service. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, all fresh and tasty.

What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The staff genuinely cared about my experience, offering great recommendations and always greeting me with a smile.

Express check in was a bit slow but may be affected by Agoda. Bicycle had ro be parked with motor scooters under 24 hour security we were informed. Just commenced unpacked when we were shifted across the halfway for a cooler southern facing room. View from 5th floor is wonderful. Bedroom had good size balcony. Only one heavy chair. Mattress medium firm. Restaurant empty of customers but we were able to order from room service menu and elation in dining room. Swimming pool 20 metres cool temp, good settees at poolside and bathing towels provided. Free wifi TV system had one or two English channels New petrol station across the road has a mini mart Luggage was portered to room Bar fridge with tiniest freezer. Room is clean and bed and blanket were comfortable. Water heater and Ac were in good condition. Mineral water, and coffee also provided. Good location. We enjoyed our stay very much here.

We took our dinner at their restaurant just right opposite the reception. Foods were delicious. It will bill under our room and to make the payment during check out . 👍
