We had the pleasure of staying at Paradise Sunset Beach for five days, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly kind, accommodating, and always ready to assist. The Khmer food here is hands down the best in the area! Just be sure to order in advance, as good things take time, and trust me, it’s worth the wait. I highly recommend trying the Amok and Lok Lak. The Western food was decent, but the local dishes were the real highlight. As a small, no-frills hotel, they don’t do automatic room cleaning, but if you need fresh towels or toiletries, just ask, and they’ll be happy to provide them. Another plus: they accept card payments, which is super convenient! The real star of this place, though, is the breathtaking sunset bay. If you’re looking for the best sunset views on Sanloem, combined with the serenity of deep waters and a quiet, peaceful atmosphere, this is the perfect spot. It’s an ideal retreat for those who want to escape the crowds and immerse themselves in nature’s beauty. We highly recommend Paradise Sunset Beach and can’t wait to return!

Wonderful staff and the most delicious food! We had both local and western dishes and it was amazing, especially in this great location! The hammocks on the waterfront are perfect for sunset. Rooms and facilities are super comfortable and clean, will definitely be coming back! Added bonus they've just had speedy wifi installed. Thank you Paradise team!

I did not feel very welcome here unfortunately. Some staff are really nice, some less nice and welcoming. I really got the feeling if I wasn't paying to stay there(which I was, for 2 nights), they don't want me there at all:/ But still a cozy plaze. Altough cheapest dorm on the beach for 9usd per night.

Staff was unattentive and uninterested. Fried rice was a very small portion - I mean very small. Veggies with chicken were served with cold rice. Upon request the rice was separated from the food, heated up and put back on the plate. By the time this was done the rest of the food was cold again. Of course noone even understood our problem and noone excused themselves for serving the same food cold - Twice! No thanks - especially not for this price tag. To top it all off there was a rock in the food that hurt my girlfriends tooth. We were too lazy to even mention that anymore, because the waiter didnt...

Sunset beach is beautiful and is a must, it’s worth the hard walk!

Unfortunately, I would be reluctant to stay at paradise sunset beach again, purely for the service. The staff there was lovely, however very overworked and this was clear by the waiting times. We had to go up to the bar several times after ordering to remind them, this was even the case for a can of coke and a beer. Food took 45 mins + and we ended up eating elsewhere for the most part. I see they are looking for more staff so this may improve! The room was clean and nice. The showers floor is concrete which isn’t great but...
