This place is very new and they're still ironing out some of the finer details as they find their feet.

Magnificent, picturesque setting in a peaceful coffee plantation-like setting.

The rooms are spacious and have their own balcony/view.

Food and drinks menu is reasonable in quality and price.

Swimming pool is in a beautiful setting with forest views. Very relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay here and the staff tried very hard despite trying to work things out as they went.

This location is about 5 minutes out of the main town, but worth it. Maybe a $4 US Tuk-Tuk trip to get here.

My only feedback for management.

Keep up the great work, your place will be amazing before you know it.

You've got to do something about the mosquitos - it's almost impossible to keep them out of the room. You need better seals on the doors as they come in through the gaps. Also suggest some mosquito coils in the rooms. Your mosquitos are abnormally large :)

*we only ate & slept here so didn't get to enjoy the coffee plantation side of things. They run 2 free daily tours of their operation. We would have loved to do it, but time didn't allow, so can't comment on the tour.

Would stay here again...

I actually enjoy the atmosphere and the view at this place, but unfortunately the customer service was still lacking. I’ve had dinner at this place once in the beginning of 2025, and the food was really good, so this time I decided to try their breakfast since I liked this place last time. I’ve called to book tables in the night before via telegram, and the person who I was talking to had confirmed the booking as well. But once I got to there in the morning, non of the staff were aware of my booking. I had booked tables for 19 people and now I have nowhere to sit? Still, wee sat at any tables available, and started ordering. We waited almost 40mins for our orders while the people who ordered after us, got their orders before us. We ended up canceling our orders and thankfully the staff kindly returned our money as well. Some of the staff though, weren’t quite welcoming. Besides the poor customer service, the place itself was clean...

I was looking forward to experience the coffee and the view at Pida Coffee Farm. I don’t know if it’s just me or anyone else experienced this terrible service. Normally I don’t like crowd or so much care/presence from any kind of service but this morning (Aug 2, 2025) I walked pass 4-5 staff till the end of the property (pool and toilets) without any greeting or welcome from them. We sat down and waited like 10mins and walked to the counter to get menu by ourself, planning to have lunch there. We looked at the menu and excited to eat coz it’s almost 1pm then waited around 30mins and no one ever cared to talk to us AT ALL. I asked one of the girls if this is a self service restaurant since no one came and asked for any order. She was just speechless and walked away awkwardly and shamefully.

This is not a criticism but it’s an alert to the management to train their staff to run the...

I loved everything about my time at Pida Coffee Farm. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean (the towels were so soft!), and the owners were so kind and welcoming. The food was good, lots of different khmer and western options - the western made for a slightly more bland palate, but just added some salt and pepper and it was perfect. And the coffee was excellent - I tried many different types, and their signature drink with coffee and passionfruit was one of my favourites, made with passion fruit grown on their farm! The coffee tour was great. Very informative. And I even got to see some of their coffee processing from start to finish. Definitely highly recommend this place for coffee lovers, and anyone looking to get out into the mountains for a quiet, scenic getaway.

Wonderful nature getaway! We stayed 4 nights in room 007, and loved watching sunset from our balcony and while sipping a glass of wine at the infinity pool. Appreciated that the room had large containers of soap and shampoo instead of small plastic bottles, a fridge, as well as robes and slippers which were a treat. Ate many good meals here, mostly Khmer specialties, and we drank a lot of excellent coffee - must try the passionfruit iced coffee!! If you ask for iced coffee in a reusable plastic glass, you can reduce the single use plastic cups (& it tastes better!) Thank you Kun & team for your big smiles, interesting farm tour and great service!
