Pidoma Resort — Hotel in Mondulkiri

Attended a wedding in Moldulkiri, so Pidoma Resort was a good choice for us for location. Rooms are good, The bed is very comfortable and linen are excellent. We had the best night's sleep, If booking a villa, check the location as we booked 6 minths in advance and we were in a villa with no view. So that was disappointing. Our room in our villa had a dreadful shower, the water flowed right up to the bathroom door and whole bathroom was flooded, so had to ask for a pool squidgy wipe to clear out the excess water. WiFi is not good and intermittent signal. Staff are nice and friendly but limited English. Breakfast food choice was very limited and food left uncovered so many flies, which put us off eating it. One night we asked for Pina Colada and was told couldn't make as bar manager not on duty and staff didn't know how to make. Pool area is nice and View from pool is good. Overall a 3 star...

NOT ❌ recommend if you have a family good time!! POV: I spend around 400$ to 500$ for 2night stay but they need extra paying every second u breathe!! The price u pay just ONLY the room! Borrow any facility (Ex: iron BBQ grill) u need to pay round 30$ to 35$ Another extra you need you need to pay start from 5$ up (i recommend them charge me more 600$ and include my 5$ item need) it’s sound so annoying and pressure everytime they waiting you PAY each time you need!! THE STAFF sound fake-friendly every time (we also know they serve you just the serve or they serve you with kindness feeling) Anyway i too disappointed because it’s my family trip, the resort owner need to recheck with staff more then this!! We pay for relax not for pressure!! Will never ever go again!!

The scenery after the rain, the cool weather with the beautiful view of the mountain area. A comfortable place to stay. The accommodation was both comfortable and thoughtfully designed, blending seamlessly with the surrounding environment with nature by waking up to the view of the early morning with white clouds low to the ground, the food is good in the restaurant with the nice view of the mountain, and at the nighttime view with the light from the city. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my visit was enjoyable.
