Nice place to relax and get away from the noise! The location is quite a distance from Limbe main town, so you are assured of calmness and a serene environment. We had a warm welcome at the reception, in fact one of the young ladies rushed to serve us juice, we actually didn't see it 😄 I found that to be particularly nice! It was quite easy to check in and it was easy locating our suite. |For a 3 star hotel I will say I was impressed! The decor was beautiful, the room was clean and there was hot/cold water. |The breakfast was good with two options: Buffet and Continental ; I guess the former could have an increased variety, but then in all the breakfast was good!The breakfast service was efficient and very polite.|Moving on to what you can do, you can have a good time at the beach! The sand is dark and has a wonderful effect on the body (For you who loves having a good massage!).If you love beach volley, then do catch some fun at the volley ball court, ⛹I did have fun! The spring water which passes is so so refreshing, so after a good time in the salty sea water it is worth getting in there to refresh your body! ||For the downside, we didn't get access to Wi-Fi, the was a power outage at some point and the generator wasn't switched on (if there is!), very few t.v. channels were available, also, I think much more could be done for the beddings! |The staying cost is mid-range though feeding is a little on the high side!|I recommend HSB to anyone who wants to relax in Cameroon and get away from the noise and business of life! |Make the most of the good stuff and don't concentrate on the...

The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing and the beach is very nice. But customers service is EXTREMELY BAD. At the gate before entrance, the guy who sells tickets deliberately told us that only tickets for 6000frs was available just because he saw a white person amongst us which was very bad, secondly when we got to the restaurant, the waitress deliberately told us that the only food available was pork and Fries, she then proceeded to set us on a table with absolutely no cutlery (just an empty table. She came back few minutes later holding cutlery and just left them on the table with no napkins, glasses etc. She didn’t bother asking what we will like to drink but just proceeded to drop off some random drinks on the table and the leaving. Few minutes later, we saw her serving rice and fish to other tables who came later on. It’s really disheartening that such a beautiful place lacks good customer service.
