Fini Hotel is one of the best hotel i have visited in Limbe, its has a classic taste and well trained waitresses who happens to be very bilingual...

We visited Fini hotel on a quick breakaway from Douala. It’s a perfect stay, because it is right on the beach not far from the town where the taxi drops you off. It is homely and the service is fantastic. The staff are all friendly and super accommodating. It immediately felt like home. There is a lovely swimming pool with a bar and music. And the restaurant offers a great lunch buffet as well as an à la carte menu with local and other dishes. The hotel has a spa which offers a hammam steam service and whole body scrub and a massage amongst other things like manicures and pedicures. I tried the hammam and massage and it was great. Honorine is the therapist who took care of us. The views are unbeatable. We will definitely be back. It’s easy to get there from Douala. Take a shared taxi from Rond Point in Douala for 2500 CFA pp. It takes about 2 hours. They will drop you at half mile in Limbe. Take a taxi to Fini Hotel for another 500CFA or less if you can negotiate it. The security is very good. We felt safe all the time. The views of the mountain is also beautiful. We first arrived in the Superior Room (with ocean view) having painting job that was getting done right on our balcony. Second, air conditioning was not working. TV neither (they said they would come to change it the next morning, which they end up doing 2 days later). No shower towels in the room... Pool was really dirty. Also, there was a party the day we arrived. Staff said it would be over really quickly (at 5pm) so we were comprehensive. Finally, we end up not sleeping until 1am because the party never stopped... we even had to litteraly change room haha! That is so absurd! So in the end, our first day was mainly dedicated to do back and forth at the frontdesk to solve all those problems... which only led us to a 10 000 CFC discount for all those troubles. We try buying drinks at the bar on the last day but had no barman or ingredients to do so.... so we ended up going being the bar to make our own Marguaritas, which they charge us 7000 CFC each hahaha! Crazy. We totally not recommend this hotel... a big 1/10 customer's service... note also that the beach is not that accessible. There is plenty of others hotels near...
