Give this place a 5 star review if it is anything like the owner. Although the owner will probably not remember but this is my review

While driving from Ontario to BC last May I hit a piece of metal on the side of the TransCanada highway and rolled across the Albert border from Saskatchewan with 4 small kids and a terrified wife in our van.

The owner of this place stopped everything to come out to see if myself and family were ok and see if he could offer help before AAA came.

This meant a lot of me and my family as we are not from the area and on the side of a major hwy

This was an amazing oasis, a break away from the negative energy and a place I got grounded again. I never ever do this but the first thing I felt compelled to do is walk bare feet on the grass. The energy here is amazing g, very soothing you won’t regret a nights stay. And just a few steps is a gas station serving the best lasagna, I ordered two while I was here it was so good. The owner of this campground is the perfect person with the perfect energy to run these grounds- she makes it all come together. Her muffins are to die for - thank you so much for the warm welcome and peaceful stay- much...

So many flies. Like so many. If you want to sit by the fire and enjoy lunch good luck with the amount of flies that come and bug you. Not really a campground for kids either. The place was quiet and peaceful, at night I would just stare up into the sky and look at the stars. If you don't mind the flies the place...
