Sandy Pines continues to be one of my favourite spaces to camp! Nestled in the forest, the campground is clean, quiet, and cared for by the most gracious host. Beautiful bathrooms with running water (and some super cute outhouses with a view!) as well as outdoor showers make this space accessible for a variety of needs. Come near the full moon for one of the most exceptional viewings you can imagine! River and lake access by vehicle approx 20-25 mins up the logging road. We’re so thankful to bring our family here over the years, even our teens look forward to escaping the city and getting connected with this land. Thanks, Shoneena for making this such a remarkable space! Your love is felt in every site 🥰

Great little campground to use as a base for exploring the Nahatlatch & Mehatl parks. $20 night, sites have fire pits, tables and they had enough washrooms to assign one to each campsite for COVID safety. There is a Sani here (but no water/rinsing tap or hose).

Loved the place. Perfect to just chill and relax. They have a playground for kids too!

It was so nice to be at a Campground that you can't hear a Hwy nearby. The family running it were very friendly and helpful. Lots of good areas for quads . Wildlife is in the area we saw many deer nearby. I can't...
