White Lake Cabins - Retreats — Hotel in Area C (Blind Bay/Sorrento)

Certainly One of the Wonders of the world. This is by far the best stay we have ever been to. The Paddle Inn chalet we went for exceeded all our expectations and more: Comfortable, cosy, warm, great layout, beds are so comfy (we all slept like babies). All appliances are easy to use, fully functional and the bathroom is great. But to be honest not only the place is amazing and the scenery outstanding , the hosts are absolutely amazing too. The level of service provided is second to none. Should you need anything, they will help in a heartbeat!! They did share with us all the nicest things to explore around, suggested some lovely places to go for provisions/restaurants etc… Natalia & Dave truly made this experience unique and helped us forge memories to be cherished forever. (In fact we are booking it again next year and will do so on a yearly basis). The communication line was absolutely faultless from the day we booked until the day we left. We really feel like the holiday did not start when we arrived on site but when we actually booked the holiday a few months prior and first started to organise activities/places to go. They could not do enough for us, we were so very well looked after right through and therefor feel very privileged to have met such a lovely family!! See...

We stayed at the Cabins last Winter. Natalia was an amazing host! Between her school drop-offs and pick-ups and general Mom stuff, she was constantly out on the property making sure the snow was clear on the driveway and pathways, bringing us anything we needed, such as snow shoes (which we used to venture out on the frozen lake one sunny afternoon), and answered any questions we had right away - she even left us a cute Valentines Day treat in the cabin fridge! The property itself is a gem - even in the cold Winter months. We walked up the road in the snow - so quiet and peaceful. We had a small bonfire right outside the cabin one snowy night. We cozied up and watched movies and played games. The Cabins are super cute - very clean, beautiful design, everything you need! We can’t wait to go back during the Summer months to see the crystal-clear turquoise lake and do some swimming...

White Lake Cabins is by far one of the most special places I have visited. As soon as my partner and I arrived on site, we felt a sense of calm that we haven't felt in AGES. Maybe it was the lack of cell-reception allowing us to disconnect from the busy world and reconnect as a couple, maybe it was the peaceful setting amongst the forest with the stunning lake views just a short walk away or maybe it was the cozy and intimate feeling of the immaculate cabins. Natalia and Dave are absolutely wonderful hosts. They are present when/if needed, with the most sincere, caring energy about them. They put so much thought and passion into every detail both inside the cabins and out around the property. I have now been lucky to visit White Lake Cabins both while the lake is in it's summer prime as well as while it's frozen and I can honestly say that it's beautiful and worth visiting...
