Cedar Stone Lodge — Hotel in Area C (Bowron Lake/Barlow Creek/Barkerville)

We stayed here for a night to have a mom's night away and it was wonderful! Our hostess was very helpful. Breakfast so bacon and eggs and crepe and the bacon was delicious! Fresh fruit and cream, and OJ! Our room was stellar! We had a gorgeous view of the water, the dogs were friendly and even though it was a stormy night and it rained we had a blast. We used the steam room, and watched a movie. We laughed too much and slept in later. It was very much what we needed. This place is absolutely breath taking. The lodge itself is beautiful, clean, and luxurious. Probably the most luxurious place in the area. The steam room and shower are above and beyond. The view is incredible and the owner is kind and hospitable. The breakfast looked delicious. The room was amazing, with every extra you can think of, including a beautiful private outdoor fireplace.
